What’s the Story?
Among the interactives on this site, the youngest explorers will like "FLAKaleidoscope," with its ever-changing and colorful patterns. Or check out a fascinating "Recursive Lines" demonstration that creates amazing geometric patterns, like the ever-popular Spirograph toy. Slightly older kids can try the jigsaw puzzles and the sliders, but the real challenge is in the "WebGames" section. You'll be scratching your head trying to solve the "8 Queens" problem. Take a break with the "Tic-Tac-Toe" game or tackle the classic puzzle "Tower of Hanoi." Other parts of the site feature "Othello" and several arcade Space Invaders-type games.
