Worst Customer Service in the world

Save yourself the time and effort because this is all you will ever get from them if yo have issues. They don't fix the issue or ever resolve them. You shoud work harder to make the service better, I used to buy viber credit to make viber out calls,but not any more, because calls are interapting after a few seconds and I feel that I waste my money to spend it for such a nasty service

Offensive Ads Content

Not only is this platform filled with advertising content but they also do not have sensoring standards. In their own words "ADULT-RELATED CONTENT: Ads that promote dating services, bride and groom services, or which include images portraying exposed skin or nudity are permissible subject to Viber’s prior written approval and Your compliance with all applicable international and local laws, rules or regulation, including with respect to jurisdiction and age restrictions." So, I've been using Viber for a while and never had a real problem with their advertisements but their recent Epic Fail was so surprising to me. Ads that I saw were sexually oriented, promoting "hot girls in Ukraine and Russia". Apparently it's a dating site ONLY for guys! I don't know what that suggests to you but to me that just shows Viber's sloppy content sensoring!!
