very good book shows struggles between man vs man and man vs self educates on how people with different cultures reacts to different situations good pshcological thriller
I had to read the book for an english assignment. It was so compelling and yet I didn't like it. The plot got more confusing as it went along. The ending didn't tell what happened to the people like Miro and Ben and his dad, it just sort of came to a stop.
well i dont know what to write... i loved the book... im about halfway done with it now. I love the way it keeps you guessing... like, how did he get shot... y is he telling this story... im still wondering...
i honestly hate reading but when it was assigned by a teacher i had no choice. after the first three chapters i found myself glued to this book, it keeps you on the edge of your seat not knowing whats going to happen next, but you cant wait to find out. i would read in my head while the class read out loud and id be ten pages ahead of the class by the end of the period, and id keep reading whenever i had spare time in school. i ended up finishing the book two weeks before the rest of my class, and then being able to go back into the book half way and reread it following along with the class helped me understand the book even more.
I didn't realy like it. I didn't like the fact that it didn't neccessarily end, and their isn't evn a sequel. why would you make an ending thats basicaly, to be continued... but it will never be continued. it was a good story but it wasn't wraped up at the end. it was realy confusing until you realized that it was Bens father in the chapters talking, not ben. i'd give it like a three the fact that it will never be finished makes me give it a 2.
