On my favorite's list

This was the first dystopian book I read and will always have a special place in my heart. I read it in the summer between 4 and 5 grade. I just reread it now that I'm a freshman and still feel so attached to the characters

PERFECT BOOK SERIES FOR TEENS

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! THIS SERIES IS LITERALLY MY TOP FAVS!!! Aly condie wrote this book series in such a thought-provoking, heart wrenching, and simply beautiful way. She is a truly gifted author, and you will not regret reading this book and the rest of the series.

Excellent Dystopian Novel

This is a wonderful book Condie's writing is inspirational and fierce. Cassia is stuck in-between chasing true love and friendship. The hard and right choice and wrong choice that is easy. I highly recommend it for anyone who liked Kira Cass's Selection.

amazing and good role modeling

I loved this dystopian tale but please keep in mind there is love in it but it does show a lot about things that might be happening a little in other places

I DID NOT like it.

This book is a total copy-cat of the giver, but a romance addition which ruined it. I LOVE The Giver, but this book made me cringe. I mean, some people might like it, but I personally didn't at all.

No just no

Not only is it boring, but the main character gets matched with her bsf who is already I love with her and she is almost on love with him and they would be a rlly cute couple but no. She has to meet this guy that the author didn't even TRY to make us like so we are stuck liking this girl's bsf while she kisses a guy she can never have and he is all she can think about and just no.

Ughhh

It is okay for 12 year old's, they might like it. but I did not. It is boring, slow-paced. And Cassie(actually don't know if that is her name because I couldn't even finish the book) is not absolutely my favorite character. The author needs to be able to make characters like-able, the only character I liked was Xander, and I think that was because Cassie rejected him.
