We’re excited to announce our collaboration with Google Inc. on a new digital literacy portal, ThinkB4U, which launched today in conjunction with Safer Internet Day. ThinkB4U is a “choose-your-own-adventure”-style interactive learning site designed to get everyone -- from parents to students to teachers -- thinking about how to use the internet safely and responsibly. ThinkB4U starts the conversation through fun, interactive videos that follow a family through its daily activities with media use, and lets users decide how each of these scenarios play out. After watching the videos, users can learn more through links to resources from Common Sense Media, ConnectSafely, and the National Consumers League. You will find select K-12 lessons from Common Sense Media as resources for educators on each of the topics, which include ThinkB4U Share, Multi-Task, Buy, Search, Send, and more. - read more
