Short answer quizzes – with accompanying answer guides for teachers – help you assess your students' grasp of each lesson's unique learning goals. Use these questions to feel confident that your students understand the material, or to find out which topics you might need to revisit.
Give these strand-level surveys before teaching lessons from the Safety and Security, Digital Citizenship, or Research and Information Literacy strands to assess your students' grasp of the larger concepts addressed by the curriculum. The surveys help you understand your students' baseline understanding of the topics, as well as their attitudes and opinions about the role of media and technology in their lives. Giving the surveys before and after teaching a set of lessons in the classroom will help you demonstrate student growth and learning as a result of your efforts.
