When your playing a game you need to remember it's not real life.People take the GTA series like its the most graphic game in America.It's not on the list of most graphic games of all time GTA was number 23 out of 25.It's not that bad of a game.So if your kid wants it go get it remember it's just a game.

Great game even for kids
This game is one of those games that people write things about to make it sound like its bad.but the game is a great way to take out anger.If you are like me and you have a strict boss and you come home every day stressed out and angry play GTA beacause you can do what ever you want which takes out stress and anger. I Have three young boys they play it everyday and they are perfectly fine.

Great game!
The beautiful thing about the GTA series and what made it so popular is that it gives you the freedom to do whatever you want, go where you want, as many times as you want and in whatever style you want. If you teach you children what is right and wrong there should be no problems in real life. Its a game. Teach them that and it will stay that way.

This game should be taken off the shelves of stores!!! i know it says 17 and older that does not prevent some parents from buying this for their children only to let thism play this! this game includeds violence, running people over, shooting people and to get your life replenished you must go out and get a hooker! This is a horrible game and what does it teach our youth?? it teaches them violence and how to disrespect women at a young age. I understand thos is for grownups but what is to stop an older sibling from letting their smaller sibling from playing it?? It sends a very bad message and only hurts society! Get the GAME off the shelves before it damages our youth anymore!!! Horrible game and should have never been made!!!

Good - NOT FOR KIDS
I was pleased to see the in the kids reviews, a few of them said they hated the violence, adults like me have no prblem, but it is a great game, it would just be so good without the violence, so kids could play it too, there is a lack of non-linear free roaming kids games

Let's be honest here...
Ok, so there have been big headlines about the games and a so-called "Hot Coffee" modification. The game, as it's released, without modification should be rated Mature. However, due to the existence of run-time altering devices like GameShark, it's possible to alter the game to include parts that may or may not have been part of the original game plan. I've played this game myself, and find the freedom to live a criminal life interesting--but I have the ability to distinguish between fiction and reality. Even if the sexual nature of the game did not exist, you're still shooting cops, committing crimes, and participating in gang-related activity. This game is not for the impressionable.

Fine for my age; as long as no one takes it as an example.
Italian mafia = violence, drugs, guns, cars, etc. etc. . Movies with such content is occasionally a thrill; you know. The chasing...the suspence? Well this time we can be IN that thrill. But...just like a movie...it should be treated as nothing more then an escape from reality. Seriously...I'm not going to go out, buy some guns, mug people, and steal some cars...to drive WHEREEVER I feel like with barely ANY COPS CARING. . . . It's just not real. Biggest issue might be urging to swear; buuutt again. It's just as of it were watching a mafia movie.

EXcellent game, Terrible for kids
I said it, you know it. The GTA games have been made by adults, for adults. And LCS is no different. It contains Violence (which is not the worst part of this game) Extremely bad language, and deeply sexual content. Even though you have most likely heard the conceivable stories, let me put out the concepts from it. A man returns home, there are italians, there is alot of swearing, there is much pervertedness, and there is violence, lots and lots of violence. But in the end you have a game that is deeply addictive, and yes IT IS NOT FOR KIDS!!!!!!!!

It doesn't hold anything special in the grand theft auto series. It just seemed like I played grand theft auto three again.

Rockstar's Ridiculous Series!!!
Imagine you walking down the street with your mother, and then someone comes up and shoots her right in front of you and takes her money without even the sense of a child near her.Cold blooded killings,prostitution, this is the garbage you are dealing with. Attack innocents, cops, paramedics and hijack vehicles! Who needs this b.s if it happens everyday , and you get to play the crime. Think about it, imagine if it happened to you, or you saw it up close and personal! You won't ever think about holding that game again. This game is nothing but repetitive missions that get boring after a while. I mean there might be blow up a tanker, or run over a guy but it's all the same nonsense. Can't you teenage numbskulls who idolize Toni, C.J. and people like that think about what you're dealing with. You're dealing with a waste of time piece of garbage game!!! Get it through, or if not, think of real life scenarios that could happen to you or someone you love. Be like Toni? If you're him, be lucky if you go to heaven!!! Idiots who play these games!

Must Have Game !!!!
I think that people take good games like this and write things about them that give them a bad reputation once I was playing this game on my friends psp and i saw zero sexual content plus I think this game has to kinds of edicational value If your child wants to be a drug dealing gangster and your okay with that let them have the game but it can also teach them what you shouldn't do and what the conseqences are the game is also good to take out anger on better in a game then real life.

Controversial Violence in the palm of your hand...
SEX: there really isnt any "strong sexual content in the game". There are strip clubs and advertisments for porn movies and such but you cant go in a club or really have sex. You can get a prostitute in your car but the will just sit there and you will hear moaning sounds. There is sexual talk in the radio stations and in a cut scene a woman comes from under a mans desk if you know what i mean. VIOLENCE: pretty much anything you can think of: car jacking, chainsaws, molotov cocktails, every type of gun from TECh-9s to rocketlaunchers, flamethrowers etc. you know the stuff... LANGUAGE:there is atleast 7 f-words in every cutscene, feels like you are watching the sopranos. DRUGS:References in cutscenes of cocaine and pills, adrenaline. not really a problem in this game. EDUCATIONAL VALUE: unless your kid is going to be a scarface type gangster/drug dealer/pimp/hitman/wiseguy etc there isnt much to learn here. OVERALL Ok for mature teens (im 14 and not crazy)

Well...
I know, this game is violent, vulgar, and so on, but NOBODY MAKES DO THE SAME THINGS IN REAL LIFE! If your kids are idiots who take it seriously-you shouldn't let them play this game. Otherwise, there are no reasons for any restrictions. PS The same goes for all other games.

Mmk so the deal is that this game contains a fabolus story line and stellar game play. I belieeve that the cause for the bad reviews that come from everyone in the country are due to the overly conservative republican mindset that is more of an issue than drugs, violence and sex combined. This game is fine usless you're playing it to get an idea of how to perform the actions in game, which i am sure everyone does...pause... NOT!

Lighten Up!
This is a fun game, its what gaming is all about, running around, doing whatever you want, IN A GAME, keyword, GAME. If your a half decent parent, you shouldn't have to worry about a video game affecting your child's behavior. This game is meant solely for entertainment purposes, if you are a good parent your child should know that picking up a hooker, blowing up 30 people with a rocket launcher, and cussing mindlessly are all bad things that should not be reenacted in the real world. It is a game for god sakes, any well parented child will be fine playing this game.

Not real life people
This game is like an escape from the real world. Somewhere where u can do what u want whenever u want. Now obviously i'm not gonna go out and shoot the next person I see. If you don't like it don't play it but its somewhre where you can let yrself go and it doesn't matter. Its gotta be better to express anger in a video game than in real life. Rockstar make beautifully crafted games and this is just the next instalment!!!!

OMG!
Oh my gosh! this stuff is HORRIBLE..... HORRIBLE I tell you! I think all the teenagers think its cool... but it is WAY to VIOLENT! My brother plays it.... I watch (bad choice) then I play, I dont do anything on it, i actually OBEY the laws and stop at lights and traffic signs. There was this one kid who was addicted to that game and, guess what?! He went aroung KILLING and HURTING inosent people! I know thats pretty bad! I would NEVER be addicted to that game. I dont even play it anymore, neither does my brother. I hope you all agree. I G2G!
