Families Can Talk About

Talk to your kids about the media in their life. We have more tools and tips that can help
  • Families can talk about why they want to keep playing this game. Are kids motivated by the Pokemon buzz phrase "Gotta Catch Them All"? Do they play just to complete puzzles -- and face tougher challenges -- or do they play to catch Pokemon? Families may also want to talk about why these kinds of games are so adrenaline-pumping. Why do you care when there is nothing really at risk?

More on Pokemon Trozei

What’s the Story?

The Tetris-like objective in POKEMON TROZEI is to line up four identical Pokemon in a row or column to create a "trozei." Pokemon, little pocket monsters that come in 386 varieties, constantly fall from the top screen into the bottom screen to arrange themselves in a grid-type playing field. Players can trozei Pokemon in four different modes, including a Battle Mode that allows two players to compete and Pair Mode, which allows two players to cooperate by wirelessly linking two Nintendo DS units.

Is It Any Good?

Pokemon Trozei combines quick reactions with quick thinking to create an addicting puzzle game for the Nintendo DS system. Kids of all ages, regardless of whether they love all things Pokemon, will enjoy this puzzle software because it's easy to learn and it has a storyline that motivates them to try the progressively harder puzzles.

Pokemon Trozei trains kids to see patterns quickly. Testers observed that their ability to solve the puzzles increased over the time playing the game. Adventure mode entices you on to play more and harder puzzles; the two-person options create fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping fun. Parents might want to try playing this one with their kids.

Of course it's part of the Pokemon universe you nitwit! And if it was about marketing it just be a twenty minute DS version of HSN! They don't play to catch the Pokemon, they play to rescue the Pokemon! The whole game is about savignPokemon from criminals!
