    Great for teens

Games great, it's gory for star wars. In fact the game is very violent with grizzly details including screams of pain and fright, crackleing bones, blood splatter and more. This is very similar to halo. It's great for older children, star wars fans and halo fans.

Best Star Wars game to date!

I loved this game. I played through it more than a year ago but i am still glad i bought it. There's a few D words but that's as far as it goes. There's green goo that spurts out of aliens if you knife or shoot them. Blue and black oil like liquid squirts out of robots. No human blood is shed. It is, in short a Star Wars version of Halo. Great game!

    Tell him about these things

Its a good game, i swear! But, there are a few frightening scenes that could give nightmares to a small child. Such as a beheaded clone, a part where you fall, you turn on night vision, and turns out you landed in the middle of a gore pile of dead clones. Also the knife, when you stab with it, a blood splatter comes out and hits your helmet. DON'T freak out about this, it is not real blood, it is yellow and green, more like barf then gore. A very good thing is that you require teamwork if you want to live, like one guy can hack the door, the others cover his area, while you snipe on a hill. Good way to find out what is happening in game is look up on youtube "Republic commando gameplay" and you can watch what they see.

This was a very good game. I liked so much I beat it two or three times. But after those few times playing it, the replay value went down a ton. Geonosis, the first level, was boring. Both the second and third time playing through the level was agony, but once your done with it, the game moves by pretty fast. The Ghost Ship was great. Lots of suspense, and lots of great moments. This level was a bit tougher, but in better terms, you didn't have to mow down bots 24/7. The last level, Kashyyk, was the best. You fought a lot harder enemies, and you also play on a way bigger battlefield. Some of the parts get very boring (at this level) but its all worth it to watch the epilouge. I liked the epilouge movie because it showed the Republic ships going through the sky about to kill the Sith. The two player mode on split screen was terrible; it got old fast. Other then the few minor issues, the game gets a high 4 star rating.

this is one of the best lucas arts gmes out there in my opinion.this game needs needs some complicated thinking to get the job done. But if you get bored with all of that thinking and would just like to run into a room guns blazing you can! This is probably the game for you!

good game but could have been better

Blood isn't that bad and rag-doll physics is cool but I was hoping for a real squad game like ghost recon or rainbow six, but instead I got some one button thing that I thought was kind of dumb. Good game and storyline should have had a better system.
