An Ok 3rd Person Shooter, But a Bit Tedious

I not a huge fan of 3rd person shooters, but this one was just plain tedious. If you're into this kind of thing though, then the content is ok. If you look closely you can see some blood, but not too bad. The language might be a factor for younger players because of the words h***, d***, and a** used sometimes.

the best of the ghost recon

there is nothing content wise, wrong with this game. fantastic blend of strategy and action make this a must have for ghost recon fans, RTS fans, and third person shooter fans. if you want gears but it's too over the top for you, this is the game to buy. also, when you can find online matches they are fun too.

    Tactical Shooter

I'm a huge military game buff... and if you enjoy tactical shooters in 3rd person then this is definatly a game for you. I would say that kids above the age of 10 can handle the game... though they may find the tactical basis of the game a little complicated to grasp. All in all an excellent game with a good story line... I would also recommend the original GRAW.

    Another good military FPS

The game editors made some improvements in being able to save your progress. The plot depth is adequate, reminds me of Blackhawk down, but graphics are more realistic.

    Good game

I'm not a huge fan of this game but i guess teens who have not played games such as gears of war will enjoy it more. Pretty much the same game as the last one with better graphics. I have to admit i got alittle board while playing this game.

    My concerns are:
    • Excessive violence
    • Inappropriate language

    • My highlights are:
    • Educational
    • Positive messages
    • Good role models

Perfect for someone who wants a break from run and guns

It uses tactical strategy to engage the enemy and uses a medic who is weakend by weaker armor and weaponry. even on the easiest difficulty you can only get shot 6 times and the hardest its once and your dead. Blood is not emphasised but is noticeable and can be turned off in options. D*** is frequently used not only in cutscenes and b*****rd is used to. This game is great gameplay but when online its fine as long as you dont turn voicechat on with swear happy players littering the bayttlefield.

    Great Game

This is a great game! It helps people think outside of the box on how they think they will eliminate the enemy. The blood is not bad, its barley visible. Captain Mitchell is a good model.

game is not bad at all!!!!

The game barely has any violence. Just a little bit of blood when you shoot somebody. But the blood can be turned off.

one of the best TEEN shooters!

There is really no doubting that this is a great game. It shows that blood and guts flying everywhere doesn't make a game fun and exciting. As far as graphics go, these are top-notch! Another great feature is that your AIs or team mates are smarter compared to other shooters. The capaign mode is awsome, and the online play is pretty good, but the local play (split screen) could be better. Now, for the parents... the only iffy thing in the game is language. Words like "hell", "dam*", "ass", "bas***d", and even "bit**" are shouted during combat. Blood is very minimal, like a small cloud, only for a second after some one gets shot. But if you can't stand that, then you have the option to turn the blood effects off. There is absolutly no gore.

This is a pretty fast moving game. It's got an interesting story line, and high tech. weapons. Not to mention the graphics are great. It seems age appropriate for me because there isn't a lot of blood (no gore), and because the game is so fast paced you don't really see any shot down bodies up close, you more focused on your mission. And for those who can't stand the sight of blood, you have the option to turn the blood off, which is quite a neat and convenient feature. This game is especially great for people who like working with a team to complete missions, and carry out various tasks. It's almost like a quieter, alternative to those really gory "M rated games", so it will give the parents some peace of mind. Great game if you ask me!

    Blow them all up

Wow, this game was pretty cool, and one great feature that i thought was a great idea, A blood feature! You can turn blood on or off! They only bad parts are the bad guys try making them look like good guys by making the press think you are bad, but it is very... interesting...
