The falls are a bit hard to take

Fun game, as long as your kid understands that some of the "bad" behaviour is not to be copied. I personally found the falls hard to watch, but I'm squeamish. You can do some awesome tricks and it's fun to watch your kids' friends on-line. Know your kid.

Skateboarding game is too iffy for most under tweens

The game is fun, but not great for young children. The player can create graffiti, steal, and hit people with his or her skateboard. There are no female characters in this game that you can choose to be. The song lyrics are inappropriate for young children.

    Cool but glitchy.

The game is fun but can get very cutty and glitchy sometimes, which is very unlike Neversoft. Unlike other Tony Hawk games, you will feel like this one was rushed. But it was still fun.

    My concerns are:
    • Inappropriate sexual content

    • My highlights are:
    • Easy to play

    What's with the bra?!

Fun game. Violence is optional except in one of the first missions where you have to knock a guy off his board. You break things in different cities and skate in illegal places. Good game except for the skimpy bra in a Beverley Hills' shop poster.

    • Excessive violence

    Pretty good for every one!

This game is very fun, and they only minor problem I have with this game (and some other tony hawk games for that matter) is that the "bails" are a little bit violent. Why I put "Good Role Models" as a highlight is because I think Tony Hawk is a fantastic role model for kids.

    Best Tony Hawk Game Yet

A character is skimpily dressed . Some very mild cussing . Extremely easy to play though . You do have to steal things from the city and take it to your skate ranch . One thing to steal is a " naked lady statue " .

    Awsome

I love this game. It is very fun and has a awsome story mode. The worst thing in this game is breaking things in the city for the skate ranch

    this game ROCKS

I think this tony hawk game isn't as bad as underground 2. It is an awsome skate game and you can do pretty much anything. But here's the things you want to worry about: BLOOD,SOCIAL BEHAVIOR,LANGUAGE. The thing about all Tony Hawk games is that whenever you don't land a trick you fall off your board and blood splatters on the ground unless you turn the NO BLOOD option on. And as with all Tony Hawk games, BAD BEHAVIOR. Hawk's team goes around day to day committing unlawful things like flirting with girls unnaturally, and breaking windows. They normally wind up getting chased out of town by the cops,or arrested.Sometimes a person on the team gets drunk and attempts unbalivably dangerous stunts like landing a spine transfer off a 30 story building. And lastly, LANGUAGE. Throughout the game the team swears. Swearing seems to be half of what they say. You can normally catch them saying the A word, the B word, the C word, the D word, and in one point in the game, you seem to catch a quiet saying of the F word. but you really have to be paying attention. I think this game is okay for me because I have had at least one Tony Hawk game since I was seven and nothing has happened to me! LOL

This Game is the best game ever if you are able to clear it!

This an awesome game! It gives you a lot of freedom. It is a bit difficult such as the missions in which u have to 360 hardflip over the dumpster but nevertheless it rox!!! What about the statue of the Naked Lady? No organisms are shown and its perfect. I rock at this game! Its a must play!!

    A Good Game

I can't say this is the best Tony Hawk game because It's the only one i've played. There are some hard parts but still It's a good game.

This is one of the coolest games ever

Personaly I like actual skateboarding so I love Tony Hawk games.sure one of the tasks is to steal a naked statue.so what if there is graffiti involved.it is not like someone will try to copy those stunts at my age. I love this game and many people my age love it to.I think that the age that should be playing this is at least 13 because of some language and some of the missions.butif parents are reading this mabey you should try the game first, you might love it as much as I do!

Don't Kid Yourself, Buy Underground 2

I got his game as one of my first games for the 360 launch, and I was a bit dissapointed. The reason I am just now reviewing it is because I feel that the other reviews are misleading. This is not the best game in the series, that would be T.H.U.G. 2 (Tony Hawk's Underground 2). The much anticipated open world, doesn't feel as open as it could be, and the story mode isn;t nearly as fun as T.H.U.G. 2's. I could tell that the story was directed more to noobs to the game, rather than others who have been playing since the franchise started. However, Clasic Mode is much better than the story mode, and gives you something worth playing through, not to mention it gives you more gamer points for the 360. The only other good thing I can say about his is that I can finally play online with other people on the 360 (the other Tony Hawk games didn't have online for the original Xbox). So overall, it was alright, but the really the reason to play it is because of classic, online, and trying out the new tricks, like the Bert Slide.

Tony hawk games are player to do tricks not be a punk.

Tony Hakw AW (american wasteland) is a great funny, wierd game. The steal the naked lady thing, gamers don't even pay atention to that. The statue is hard if anything to see. Also i know it premotes being a punk but they do it in a funny way. Knowck down the sign, they something totally wierd happens. That game had me playing non-stop. Great game.

    really fun and addicting

Tony Hawk's Amarican Wasteland is a really fun game. I would recommend it to all people (boys and girls) ages 9+ (9 and up.) If you are 8 or younger some people might think it is not ipropreit for you. But if your parents/ gurdian do let you have it at the age of 8 or younger i do recommend it.
