my mom is being totally unfair... she wont even let me talk about the game! i have fallout 3, gears 1 and 2, and halo. IS THIS GAME REALLY THAT BAD?!?!?!?!?!

cant trust this site.
ok its not that bad! i hate this site i can never trust it. there are prostitutes but they dont look bad. any of the cut scenes you can skip, and the violence isnt gory at all

I am a child who really wanted to get this game. I read reviews with my mom about Crackdown and she let me geet it because i am mature she said. Yes there are strip clubs in the game, but you have no interaction with them. They are hard to see even. the drugs in this game are really nothing. The gore is not bad at all not very bloody at all. yes you can kill innocent people BUT you will be punished if you do! So look at your child, not the rating. And if your child wants to by this game, Honestly I would tell your child to save your money because this game got kind of boring and not very fun after a while. i don't play it much anymore. But your choice.

Just as bad as GTA
I really thought this would be different than GTA. Instead, I found myself running over pedestrians with no way to stop it because you can do whatever you want. You are reprimanded for shooting civilians, but the cops who come after you are as dumb as hell. In GTA, you are threatened by cops once you gain stars for injuring civilians. Blood, while not realistic, is emitted every second. I was appalled. One thing I did in the game was hang out on a bridge, shoot civilians in their cars, take them out, and toss them over the bridge, or into oncoming traffic.

Good if your parents will not allow you to get games like GTA
A good alternate to GTA and very fun! It isnt very much like gta actually. BUT it has some nice open world features and its just COMPLETELY fun and if your parents are not so strict on blood and cussing its not bad!

good game if your parents think your ready for it
First off I'm a kid so excuse my poor grammar and or spelling. I think it is a good game it has action, and instead of being a gangster like in GTA your some sort of cop, an agent. To parents: it might not be a good game if your kids are immature. So it is a rent first for sure, but a solid game.

i think it would be alright for 11 year
olds and older because instead of being
the gang you have to takedown the gang its all good fun because games dont affect me i know of several NORMAL people that play this game their all right

fun game but once you win its pretty much over
its not that bad. As far as the "prostitues" i haven't seen one yet.The langueage isn't really that bad. I'd say as long as ur kid doesn't have acces to car keys, grenades, or guns its not a big deal

Violence Not Bad
If the big issue in this game is the violence, forget it. The graphics are mediocre and make the blood almost meaningless. Don't get me wrong, it's a really fun game. The sex is no problem. There are no sex acts, just stripclubs lathered over the city, nothing actually seen. Language includes all the norms. FUN GAME!!!

The game is realy great for freerom and all that good stuff but the story line is terrible i mean it realy dose suck all you do is go around killing kingpins and their man once your done with that the game is over That is rull stupid.

Good game
Not that gory- there's blood, but it's cartoony, so it shouldn't be an issue. No sex, not that much language, hardly any drugs, and best of all, you're a good guy instead of a bad one. Definitely should have been rated T.
