God of War 2 delivers an even better experience than the first game. The storyline is great and so is the gameplay. Violence is once again a great issue as there are even more ways to kill enemies and more moves so therefore any child under 15 should not play this game *cough cough kids below my review* there is also questionable nudity in the game but its optional but younger audiences shouldn't be exposed to this. Anyone that doesn't like this game obviously doesn't know how to play a game like this as it was one of the top games when it came out and when God of War 3 comes out it will easily be the best seller. Oh by the way the replay value is very high as it will push you to your gaming limits on the harder difficulty levels, I was able to beat it on titan mode after a couple of broken controllers. Parents do yourselves a favor and dont buy this for your kids if their under the age of 15

This is one of the best games for the PS2, the graphics are amazing and the controls are fluid. However, this is not recommended for kids due to the extreme violence. If you are adult and are looking for an engrossing gameplay experience, you owe it to yourself to pick this up.

OH COME ON IF THEY WANT THAT KIND OF FILTH AND SMUT, GO DI IT YOUR SELVES IN STEAD OF SELLING IT TO THE PUBLIC, I MEAN WHO CARES HOW MUCH MONEY YOU MAKE, YOU COULD BE DESTROYING SOMEONE MENTALLY, WHAT IF A 12 YEAR GETS A HOLD ON THIS SLOP AND SEES THAT SMUT IT COULD HAVE A BIG IMPACT ON THEIR LIVES YOU MORONS, YOU i BELIEVE THE PEOPLE WHO CREATE THIS SLOP IS MENTALLY DISTURBED.

First off,the violence is over the top and worse than what you would see and a Grand Theft Auto game.You decapitate enemies and brutally murder them,and even "set free" another hero by putting him on fire,or you can sacrifice a spartan to make a certain machine work. Secondly,there is some nudity in the game.In the beginning,there is a sex mini-game that gives you extra health and magic.All around the game,nudity is scattered around,be it on a monster or a hot woman. The message is also not very good,as the main character is a god that finds the answer to life by killing.He became a god by killing,he gets revenge on the gods by killing,and he fights baddies by killing(duh).Basically we're looking at a spoiled brat that gets his way by killing. In conclusion,this is an overall fun game,but not for kids under the ESRB-suggested age.

This game is so very bloody and visceral. It might scare people who watch it being played, but it's highly engrossing. You find yourself easily controlling Kratos's power and are ready to battle anything that comes in you path. The game is extremely cinematic and the cut scenes are gorgeous. The game is not for children, but is sure to be one heck of a ride for adults.

This is a game with great gameplay, graphics, and storyline. While it can teach someone about Greek Mythology, it is also bloody, violent, and has some shots of bare lady-chests, though not for long periods of time or throughout the game. It is probably something a 13 year-old hasn't seen before(believe me they're sneaky).
