It teaches you HOW NOT TO DRIVE. But It shows a mans penis and testicles in on mission. Also you can't go one mission with out hearing the word f--k and its variations of the word. Hope this helps!
This is a good game and I'd mostly recommend it to ages 15 and up. Yes it has alot of swearing in it, but you won't have to worry about seeing your character in a sexual act with any woman unless you, YOURSELF, stops by a hooker and have your character "serviced". About the Full frontal male nudity part, It's in only one cutscene throughout the whole game. You can avoid that though by pressing the A( for xbox360) or X(for ps3) button. Him standing there naked with his privates out lasts less than 6 seconds which is at the end of the cutscene. The full frontal nudity CAN BE AVOIDED. IT'S JUST IN THIS ONE MISSIONS CUTSCENE AND I GUARANTEE YOU'LL NEVER SEE ANY MORE FULL NUDITY AGAIN AFTER THAT MISSION UNLESS YOU PLAY THROUGH THE STORY AGAIN AND HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT MISSION AGAIN. But you can ALWAYS avoid seeing it though by skipping through the cutscene. Here's a hint when that cutscene comes up. When you see a man (Thomas Stubbs) laying on a table getting a massage, then that's the cutscene with the nudity.
im 15years old
live in the country[down south]
i think that video games
are a way to have fun
SURE. gta isnt the healthiest game
but it sure is fun to play!

an i have a lil brother
an wen i play gta i keep it as clean as possible.
so i think this;
parents should watch wat thier kids play
cuz really...
y r u guna blame the creators 4 games?
they r doing their job..
like every1 else on earth
so people...
SUCK IT UP!
the're wars going on..
drug trafficking in mexico!
gang violence in mayor cities!
an the dumb war we r in 2day in other countries!
so grown ups...
wat do u want?
4 ur kid 2 grow up w/ no knowledge of violence
an for them 2 freak out wen they see it?
COME ON!!
sure... there age limits 4 this.
but its not like ur kids will b in a glass ball 4 their lives!
I have played this game myself and yes the review is accurate when it comes to content but the M rating is there for YOUR benefit and YOU can ask about the content (retailers always ask for parent approval and will not sell an M game to children underage). To whoever asked about how the developers get away with this, movie makers do the same thing. I know plenty of underage kids that got into Texas Chainsaw Massacre but nobody really cares but as a teen i have witnessed the much more profound effect of movies, music, and other media elements. Know your kids and how they react to the content because I turned out fine.
violent videogames have nothing to do with violent behavior
All the studies that say it does are incorrect, they are rigged
that said, its a great game, but if you find stuff other than violence(nudity, cussing, blahblahblah) that bother you, don't get it.
With so much games that I had played, there was no game that I hadn't played so I was pretty much relieved when this expansion came out and I got it as soon as possible. Not the least bit of gameplay disappointed me .Sure it's violent and it's sexual and it's crude but it's the gameplay that matters. The only BIG things about the game is the full frontal nudity and extreme content so if your child is very mature and is above 14,GET this game.
In the game you play as a killer. And sexually attack women in strip clubs and bars. And once you kill someone a pool of blood appears where the dead body lays. Not for kids under 17 heck i dont think it should M i think is suitible for A for adult.
