Ok so well i playedthis game wen i was10 years old and i remember tht u can go 2 the settings menu and turn off the blood,fatalities,hara kiris, and death traps and made it somewhat of a bloodless karate street fighter game GO KOBRA!

This game is really messed up. the fact that you can rip people's heads of is sick but also the blood. There is blood blood blood in the game. The game is fun once in a while. The only reason it is rated M is because the blood. MK is a great classic series that is worth metioning but very gross

It has plenty of blood and gore

This game obviously isn't for kids. The gory blood to the short revealing clothes to the darkness of the realms to the jiggly bouncy breasts. The only one you can really change is the blood in the options menu. But if your kids are mature, they'll appreciate this fun mortal kombat game.

Mortal Kombat has always been known as a pretty messed up game. From the very first game, there were decapitations, ripping of limbs, etc. Now there's all of that, and more! In this installment of the MK series, they feature not only the normal fatalitys, but they now have Hara-Kiri's which are creative ways of suicide. One example would be bo-rai-cho, who is a fat alcoholic. For his Hara-Kiri, he begins to expand and he eventually explodes into a gory mess. This kind of explains the mindless violence of the MK franchise.Nonetheless, it's pretty fun!

its just violence and blood no language and sexual content. I play it all the time.
