Great Game with one teensy weeny problem

The game is a good game but has a fake radio station that contains a song about a weatherman. There are about 15-20 f words in just that song. Other than that the came is completely clean with great graphics.

Okay, but innapropriate sign in the industrial district

Okay for kids who won't be scared by cop chases, graphic crashes, and who won't do it in real life. However, one sign seen frequently in the industrial district is based on FedEx, but instead says GoodsEx. Good sex? YOU WOULD, EA!

NFS is a totally appropriate game!

Need for Speed(NFS) is a totally appropriate game for younger audiences. If you're child is heavily influenced by games than he could become a reckless driver but this is unlikely. Although you can get chased by cops and take out the cop cars there is no proof of death and the pursuing cops say only that the car has been "taken down".

Very Good

NFS Most Wanted is a very fun game. It may teach bad lessons of speeding and joy riding but it is worth it. Depending on the age of course. Buy it!

Great game

This game is great! Common sense says it encourages bad driving but hell how are the children going to get the chance to drive until they are mature enough to anyway? It has been said that one of the songs has some bad language and it did but it was so unnoticeable that I only noticed when it was pointed out and had a good hard listen to it ( I have owned the game for about a year now). If it was so noticeable PEGI wouldn't have rated the game 7, but still be wary.

NFS MW - good for young kids

I have been playing the need for speed series for a while now, and this is a very good title. Young kids could get frustrated at not being able to complete a race, but the violence is light and does not feel that real. Ok for 6 year olds in my opinion, so long as they dont get addicted to it, or get frustrated easily. Apparently the Weatherman song has swearing in it, but i have looked up the lyrics and found none. This is a good game to give to older kids instead of giving them more violent games.

depends on your kid

It depends on your kid. If they want to be a policeman when there older then 6+ but if they love cars hang out with wrong kinda people and swear alot then 12+. The game is amazing but the inappropriate signs are hard to find and I doubt a 6 year old would realize. You can also turn of the music so they don't hear the rude words in one of those songs.

really fun

I got the game thinking cars are going to blow up and all that junk, is nothing like that. no language no cars blowing up and the worst stuff in it is when your car hits a wall and it bounces of. yes, you will hopefully not have to use the skills from this game to get away from the cops. it is a really fun game it won 18 awards for the best racing game. It's really fun to driver in your fancy car and then wreck it. I would let your kids play if they really want to. thx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not that bad

This is just as bad as nfs carbon [see other review]. But there is cops and you outrun them if you go online there is some cool people. For some challenges you have to use teamwork to win. But there is also open chat but i have never heard profane language. If they are 10 it is fine to let them play
