While the game is not as flawless and smooth as Fifa 10, PES 09 is still a game striving to be better. It's plethora of game modes make the game very interesting, and its graphics are fairly good. However, movement is not smooth in the game and beyond the BEGINNER game mode, scoring goals becomes impossible. The game struggles from a lack of a proper engine- with a new system, the game could surely challenge the likes of Fifa 10
