good enough
This is another one of my reviews. Quantum of solace is a great game because it is something new what I have played and just a good shooter (the first difficulty is quite easy but slightly hard all the rest are extremely hard. Violence: There is no blood but you fight hand to hand. A lot of shootings but nothing that bad. Language: D**n and Hell. Social behaviour, drugs and sex: You shoot a lot of people and some people drink and nothing that much about sex. Message: nothing apart from trying to stop terrorists. The game should be for ages 8 and up.

Awesome 007 FPS, dudes!
This game is pretty awesome. It's probably the first 007 game without Suggestive Themes in a long time, too, which would make it a little more acceptable to kids' parents. Sure, there is some language, but nothing we wouldn't here in a PG/PG-13 movie. The controls are a little different from most FPS games (Modern Warfare 2, MAG, etc.). The gameplay is very fast paced at lots of times, which makes it fun! The online multiplayer is pretty awesome, too. Kills happen very fast if you are used to a game like Modern Warfare 2. I give this game an awesome 5/5!

Second, iffy for 14 is absurd I have this game and it rocks. The killing isn't very intense there's no blood at all and the people aren't very detailed. In offline mode the only somewhat intense thing is when you take down an enemy with melee and it makes you press the right button to do a cool move. Offline, although there is melee, it's not the cinematic type from online and it barely works. It's a great game totally okay for like anyone I'm pretty sure I rated it on for 11 (i can't see the on, iffy, or of thing because something weird happened on my computer). The game is very fun, good story mode (which confused the crap out of me, but it was still epic). My one complaint is that in online there's this gun (Hutchinson A4) which is a shotgun with fairly long range and very quick rate of fire and very fast reload. It can unbalance the multiplayer at times but once you have it it's fun.

Pretty Good.
It's James Bond. Amazing multiplayer (like COD), and perfect for any below 16-17 who likes shooters.

Good for 13.
I believe this is the best 007 game yet. Very violent and graphic, but has cut-scenes from the movie. No blood, but use of weapons includes sniper missions and assassinations. Not a great game, but is well rated.

This is pretty good
If you play COD and move into this there is one change in controls and you'll get over it quick enough. Gameplay's olright no blood but you do get to kill alot of people. Needs offline multiplayer and online is good with a few nice modes.

00700 out of a hundred!
Fantastic Bond game COD engine and Gears of War cover engine works really well if you let your kid play Nightfire you should let him/her play this, there is no blood when you shoot someone but there is cries of pain also when Bond takes out enemies you will hear cracks and snaps. This was a great game little short but then there is the multiplayer which is really addictive if your kid wants a game like COD or Gears of War get him/her this it is amazing!

Quantum of Solace
This is a first-person shooter, so of course it's violent. In my opinion, the fact that there is no blood actually makes it WORSE, because it's making killing another human being less realistic, less of a big deal. Than again, characters do scream, recoil, and realistically react to being blown away. This game steers away from some classic bond themes, as evident in the guns, actions, missions and game-play. Example: since when has it been bond style to walk around mowing down enemies with a light machine gun? Or to blow people of there feet with a 12-guage? Mild product placement, mostly to make the game realistic. Sony laptops are clearly shown, as well as sony cell phones. With several weapons, such as the p99, and wA2000, the brand is seen printed on the gun when you reload. The only firearms brand you see is walter, which I suppose is accurate, because secret services use walter handguns and sniper rifles extensively.
