Good for kids over 10
There are some mild suggestive themes but nothing big.. I let my 9 year old child play and there is no problem. Violence and crude humor not an issue.

What Parents Should Know About Sims 2
I think that sims 2 psp is a violent but agreeable for kids above 17. It is not agreeable for kids under 16.
