Disturbing outfits and characters
My main beef with this game is the promiscuous outfits that the characters wear. It really is shameful. Not for kids or young teenagers. It's even iffy for adults.

Immodest females
16 & up due to some extremely immodest clothing on female characters, and the shear nature of how realistic the graphics are.
