The creature creator lets you make basic decisions - how many legs/arms/eyes it gets, colour and size - but you also get to test its stomp/roar/dance from all angles, and take pictures. Some of these creations now populate the various planets on the full edition where much more happens (evolution, carnivore/herbivore choices, packs/tribes etc) but the creator is great for much younger kids starting out, as there is no starvation or eating of any animals in that one.
