Fun, easy to play
Overall, the game is great. It teaches kids to work together. The game is very easy to play and learn. TTR (Toontown Rewritten) has mostly older teens-young adults playing, since they all grew up on the original game. The chat is very censored, nothing regarding swearing, drugs, drinking, smoking is allowed. Of course there will be weirdos from time to time, so try and steer clear of them. As for violence, you throw pies and squirt guns at cogs (robots). If you get high enough in the game, you can run them over with trains, drop the titanic on them (or a very large ship) and drop a grand piano on them but there is no gore involved.
6/5 stars, brings the family together.

Good for kids 7, But confusing for the other little ones who don't know how to read and/or know how to use computers.
The game is great. I have made a few friends up there. And this one girl who helped me get laff and gags. But one day she has gone missing.
Anyways, What about the game? Yeah yeah, Let's get to the review.
Also the parents out there who make their child use speedchat+ and make bad reviews because of it, Just remove their speedchat+. And then the game will be fun. Its easy to play. but also could be really confusing for the little tiny ones.
Also most of the community is nice!

best game ever
Awesome game!
Kids under 7 could play this, but they won't understand it, so 7 is a good age to play the game properly. Easy to get the hang of.

Toontown Online/Rewritten - Perfect mix between Childhood and Business!
NOTE: I've played using Toontown Rewritten, a fan revival of the series so what I say may be different to Online but its nothing too major.
Toontown is easily kid friendly... like it isn't even funny with how kid safe it is.
Like most MMOs, Toontown has a 'Safechat' that gives a great amount of approved phases such as: "Hello!", "Attack the weakest Cog!", ectect.
There's also a 'Safechat+' that allow free speak (With some limitations such as swearing and some places). Rewritten had whitelisted more words (Such as Fan terms and numbers).
Toontown encourages team work as two squirt gags, for example would do extra damage that a throw and a squirt gag wouldn't give.
There's Violence... but its mostly slapstick, stuff you'd expect in Disney cartoons so don't expect dead bodies or blood.
The game's easy to play, it was made to play on Windows 98, afterall.
As someone who's older, I found the game making fun out of jobs funny (IE A "Legal Eagle" being a literal Eagle who has a move where he throws birds or a "Name Dropper" talking about stronger Cogs). Children would find the Cog's appearances funny, however.
Toontown lacks any "Great Messages", at most its don't be afraid to stand up against anyone or it doesn't matter if you act childish if you're nice, ectect.

Quite Kid Friendly
Very fun and easy to play! The cogs are business robots, and they want to take over Toontown to make it some... money making... thing. You, as a resident of Toontown, must stop these cogs from taking over! You use gags (They look like they came out of Animaniacs) to stop them! It has captured the hearts of kids and adults alike! Like the game's motto, Are you Toon Enough?

It Was Great
It was a really great game while it lasted. Great graphics, positive, lots of teamwork, very bright, happy, and easy to play. It was really great, overall. Yes, there was a bit of consumerism, but the quality and amazing-ness of the game made up for it. Toontown Online was fun and amazing, brought a smile to my face every day.

The first game I ever played
...and I still play Toontown Rewritten today! I joined this game clear when I was 4 and it was a blast! It's perfect for kids because swearing is filtered, and the only violence is throwing pies at robots!
You can also earn an in-game currency (Jellybeans) but you don't have to buy these with real money; you can actually earn them quite easy.
Overall, this game is awesome and you should try Toontown Rewritten!
