great movie
This is a great movie! Definitely recommend it! They show a man's penis 3-4 times in the whole movie and there are pictures of women's chests in a men's restroom. And they only the man's penis for a split second when they do. And yes there is a lot of cussing. But everyone is going to be exposed to that sooner or later. Hardly and violence at all! Over all it's a great movie.

Dumber Than Dumb
Unbelievably overrated. If I wanted to see long boring scenes of simulated sex I could get much better ones from the Internet. I wouldn't have minded seeing the breasts of the two female leads, but all the director seemed to enjoy showing was the male lead's limp penis. The jokes were dumb, obvious and infrequent. All in all, a waste of money.

Ah, how clever. Another movie dedicated to the F-bomb.
Aside from the few laughs, this movie had no redeeming qualities. I should have read the reviews - I would not have paid to see a movie written expressly to use the word f**k and to fit in as many frontal male nudity shots as allowed. Pushing the limits is one thing, but if you're going to do it, at least be creative. Bottom Line: Boring, base and traumatizing. Give me back my money and my 2 hours.

appauled!!!
I took my 14 and 15yr old neices because they wanted to see a comedy that needed an adult and they as well as I were traumatized by the the full ftontal shots of, not one, but 5 penis shots. After that the whole movie was shot. We got up and left the theatre. It was discusting!! If you want to make a comedy, make a comedy not a soft porn. Those types of movies fall under a different rating! It's called "X, or XX".

Good
This movie is good. It has likable characters and a funny plotline. Not to bad in terms of sex. Except for the sex battle at the end were two couples see who can have the loudest sex.

a great comedy for a sad generation
first off it was hilarious, every time a different movie attepmted to do a berak up comedy it ended up being a movie nobody remebers, this one however is a very funny movie like the comericials in most movies it gives away every funny part this one on the other hand was full of funny times.

Favorite Comedy Movie
I don't no why but this is my favorite comedy movie of all time apart from maybe the Hangover. Even though this movie is not Insanely laugh out loud funny i just really like it for some reason. But don't get me wrong there are some really funny parts in it just not as mony as movies like knocked up and pineapple express.

The title does not match movie.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall is a funny movie with some flaws such as it is heavily dubbed in sexual content including sex montages, "sex-offs", some graphic nudity including brief shots of male penis and a photograph involving breasts. But you should definetly see it.

Funny but not appropriate.haha
i watched this when I was at home and I REALLY like it and it was really funny! But i am only 15 and I probably shouldnt of watched it.....it shows a dude's um....yeah. If you watch the unrated version it shows it like four times. And in the CSM review it didnt mention another oart in the movie where the two couples are having a "sex war". they are screaming and stuff to see who can louder because they are mad at one another. So yeah. If I would have watched this with my poarents I would have felt really uncomfortable fer sure.

Hilarious, not inappropriate enough to miss
Firstly, I would like to just say that this movie is absolutely hilarious. It was nominated (and even won) some very deserved awards for comedy. There is some language and sexual content, but frankly not enough to put this movie off. Go rent it. Show it to your mature teens or tweens; they'll love it, and so will you.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall
This is a very funny film. Parents need to watch it first and then decide if their kids should see it. Because Common Sense Media can review this film and tell you all about it. But the thing is every single parent has different views on every film. Like me I am 14 years old. I have seen many Hard-R films. I have heard the "f-word" numerous, numerous amount of times and I know that it is a bad word and I don't need to use it but the thing is I already know what the word is. I can watch a PG-13 movie with 1 f-word and then a R Movie with 300 and that ain't going to change a thing. I have seen many films with sex/nudity again nothing I have never seen before. I also know all these films with drugs in it. Again, I know drugs lead to destruction and in some rare occasions death. So parents Watch this film FIRST and then see if it is appropriate for you teens. The film has about 30 f-words and two male full-frontal nude scenes and in the Unrated Version it has female nudity of the breasts and there are some sex scenes nothing extremely graphic.

wont forget this one...
when my friends and i snuck into the movies to even see this movie, you know its gotta be a good movie! i was sitting next to a guy friend and when we would crack up at a "guy joke" in his words he would laugh at me... which was expected because there are alot of those kind of jokes. but it was super funny! i mean the guy makes a living by being a dracula puppet... where do they come up with stuff like that?

my friends and i went to see made of honor, but instead we deciced to sneak into Forgetting Sarah Marshall, GREAT decision!! I have not laughed so hard in my life, its hilarious and a good movie to take with our guy friends. Obviously it should only be viewed by a mature group, so its a good thing we could all handle it!

Hilarious...One of the best Apatow films...
A goofy, yet sensitive composer, Peter (Jason Segal) gets a call that is girlfriend Sarah (Kristen Bell) will be coming home. Peter cleans up a little and strips down to a towel, hoping to get some action. Though when Sarah gets home he realizes that she has come to break-up with him. Still nude Peter, just hit with grief, sits down with his girlfriend to talk about the situation. He soon figures out that she is dating a famous singer Aldous Snow (Russell Brand). To steer clear of his sudden break-up he decides to take a trip to Hawaii. Yet little does he know, Sarah and her knew lover are also visiting Hawaii, and at the same resort. With advice from his step-brother, he decides to get out rather than stay cooped-up in his hotel room, and he soon falls for the hotel receptionist (Mila Kunis). Combined with Comedy and Romance, this film was great, and not your average cliche love story. There are some strong sexual situations in this film. In the first scene there are few shots of full frontal male nudity, and again in the last scene. There a many simulated sex scenes involving one night stands, but no nudity. There are many sexual slangs like; hard, screw, and "B my L on someone's T", and the main character jokingly has another character to seem as if simulating oral sex. The language is strong and most common words in an R-Rated film, like f--k and s--t. There are many scenes where characters are drunk and some references to marijuana. This movie is age appropriate for teens 14+ depending on the maturity level of the child and their exposure to society or their knowledge of sexual content. Most references are what a normal teen would know and understand but if you don't feel this flim looks appropriate for your child, then I advise not to bring them to see this.
