HI67, It's cuz the Jonas Brothers asked Miley and Lily their names and they answered Milo and Otis. Anyway, the movie is OK, but it can easily scare little kids.
i loved it since i was 5 and despite what people say it wasnt scary to little kids its really not it keeps them on the edge wondering what will happen to the cute little orange cat
This automatically reminded me of that episode (in Hannah Montana) of when Hannah Montana meets the Jonas Brothers. I don't know why. I think I remember, but I can't place a name... And I liked the movie.
I'm speechless about this film. It's one of the best movies in the world! I'm an animal lover ( a really big one) and I have to say cute, heartwarming, funny, and adventurous. There are some scariness like a bear trying to get Milo's food, and returns for revenge, but in a funny way.And seagulls biting Milo when he tries to steal their eggs. But anyway,no animal was harmed making this film.
This movie was adorable with an capital A, there is no foul launguage from the narrator whos telling the story of the survival of Milo the cat, and a pug puppy named Otis. There are a few scenes with MIlo and Otis finding mates and having kids, but nothings graphic or shown its very clean.
My sisters love this! For about 3 months straight, they watched it twice a week at least(we're the type of family that watches a good movie over and over again).
The only thing that might be slightly off-putting(for ours it wasn't, I actually was very surprised, our family is no-no about this sort of thing), is that they show puppies and kittens being born, like they actually show them coming out and such. I suppose since it was kitties it was fine.
But they show that friendship is very important, and not unrealistically(Milo and Otis don't always get along with everything, but they don't let that control their relationship).
A man narrates the movie, and does the animal voices(there are no humans in this), and I don't know how, but he makes it so interesting, and his voice is old mannish and friendly.
Also, Milo and Otis get 'married'(hence the puppies and kittens), but even though they have romantic partners they still are friends. I thought this was good because today's mindset is sort of 'romantic partner over all'. Yes, that's true, but you still need friends. And you need to instill these things in them young........ anyway, all of their friends love it, and they do as well. I'd say movie night for ages 1-7.
