Parents need to know that this movie has some strong sexual references and situations for a PG-13. Characters drink, smoke, and use strong language. A character is a drug dealer. There is fighting and gunplay. Characters are shot, and one is killed. The main characters are jewel thieves and the story includes lying and betrayal. The movie is oddly homophobic, with humor built on misinterpreted situations. A strength of the movie is positive portrayals of female and minority characters and inter-racial relationships.
Positive messages:The main characters are jewel thieves and the story includes lying and betrayal.
The female lead wears some very revealing tops, bikinis, bra/underwear. Another scene with women pole dancing in the background and women dressed in very skimpy bikinis walking with a male character. Sexual scenes. I would not let my children watch mostly because of that. Minor violence (some punches, etc. during break-ins).
I can sit through almost anything to pass the time on a 6-hour flight. This one put me over the edge. I usually like the three main actors, but this was stupid beyond belief. Not recommended for kids OR their parents.
This movie was an utter disgrace. Clearly the film makers believed that their audience is hideously dense, because the entire film is composed of flat humor, unrealistic romances, and disjointed plot twists that only put the final nail in the coffin.
