The best World War Two tv series out there, Band of Brothers does an incredible job at showing the true horror of war using a great combination of the actual events and some made up ones. I would recommend having kids read the book by Stephen Ambrose first, so they know what to expect. Another thing that others should know is that violence is a very strong theme through out the series. But overall, this series is a masterpiece and should always be remembered.
Band of Brothers is an amazing series and they didn't try and sugarcoat anything, they just show you the harsh reality of war. It is quite violent and might not be appropriate for some kids. I watched the series when I was 12 and the violence etc didn't scar me but it really just depends on the kids maturity. My brother was 10 (almost 11) and watched a few episodes and was fine. Overall it's an amazing series and if you are interested in WWII I highly recommend it
Im 10 years old and i p've seen everyone of them. It's very educational if your son or daughter wants a T or M game it's good to show them what real war is like instead or BO2 or BF4. The sex is very limited too. It only happens once. It has strong launuge that I will personally not ever say.
