This movie was a great movie but its kinda creepy. The body found on the island and the airplane crash is graphic. Wait till your kids are pre-teens to see it.

Suggested MPAA Rating: PG-13 for intense graphic images, some language, and action sequences.

Most have seen this film, so no need to explain its plot. Chuck Noland is brilliantly portrayed by Tom Hanks, who embodies the role of a shipwrecked man who all but gives up what is left of his life. It is parts drama and comedy, the latter due to the famous volleyball, "Wilson." Only Hanks could carry this kind of film, that requires alot from its leading man.

It's an awesome movie, but common sense didn't really include everything. *SPOILER* He almost attemps suicide, with a noose over a cliff and everything. he buries a slightly disturbing looking drowned body (victim of the plane crash), and theres some blood (he gets cut by rocks and stuff) Also, he's extremly lonely, so he talks to a volleyball he found, with his own bloody handprint that kind of looks like a face. when the face gets washed off, he draws his own blood to re-paint it *SPOILER OVER* but it's a really great movie, really suspensful! Tom Hanks was awesome in it!
