this movie is just the best ever

This movie is so fun and worth watching. It doesn't have too much sexual content in it so you can watch it alone or with your family if you want. But younger kids wouldn't be interested.

Really Enjoyable

Crazy Rich Asians is actually pretty good for a rom com, there is some language and drinking but not loads. The lead, Rachel, is a great role model, as are many of the other characters, for she refuses to believe that someone is automatically superior to her just because they are wealthier. The storyline, although predictable, is still entertaining. It is also a great movie to watch over and over again, as it remains just as enjoyable. And the wedding at the end was truly spectacular (honestly I’d recommend watching it just for that scene :p).

Enjoyable movie

Overview Crazy Rich Asians is a really good movie imo. Its a good blend of seriousness and laughs which is hard to find in rom coms. As far as rom coms go this is a really good one. My break down: Movie Breakdown Violence: 1/5 Main character has a fight (non physical) with her boy friends mum. There are raised voices that might frighten smaller kids Sexy Stuff: 3.5/5 Lots of shirtless men. Mentions of an affair, and plenty of mentions of sex and marriage. Many kisses are shared. Language: 3/5 A few F-bombs and other language (includes but is not limited to) b*tch, s*utty and s*it. Drinking, drugs and smoking: 2.5/5 Characters (all over age) drink at parties though no one gets drunk. A cigar is smoked Adult topics (others) : 1/5 Only other adult topics are really the choice between friends and family and accepting people who are different to you.

Too much fluffy stuff

i enjoyed this movie and think that the story had potential but it was highly sexual and very inappropriate for young teens or tweens. it was so overwhelmingly inappropriate i had a hard time watching it. while the story line is fabulous the sexual side of it was simply too much. i don't know why the age recommendation on this is so low

Best movie ever!

Everything about this movie is amazing! Parents, be aware that the characters do swear a couple times but other than that, this is a perfect movie for almost anyone!

Overall a good story with valuable lessons taught throughout the movie's course

This is one of my favourite movies. It is romantic yet has good lessons tied in with the plot. For the most part characters make good decisions by the movie's conclusion. Rachael and Nick are good people who are dealing with a lot at certain points through the story, but they typically stay focused on what is important to them. As for the money and brand names depicted, you only have to read the title to get a hint as to what you're about to watch, but characters make it very clear that love is way more important than money. Especially Rachael because of her upbringing with her mother.
