Very gory zombie-splatter movie. Definetly not for persons under age of 16/18. since it says "R for pervasive strong horror violence and gore, language and sexuality" It really means its for adults-only. Even your kids would really want it they see this movie.
I always heard bad reviews about this film but I love the original and zombie films in general so I gave it a shot.I loved it.It shouldn't really be considered a remake because the only things it has in common with the other one is a mall and zombies.
This film has the most grusome gun violence in anything i've seen (except when Marvin is shot in Pulp Fiction). The amount of brain matter and blood is staggering. The scenes where they name celebrities and shoot the zombie is funny though. honestly, i thought they all deserved to die by the end with how ridiculous it got.
OK so it is what the overall info says but giving it a 5 for violence, sex and language, i think, it a bit extreme. It is a really good film if you are into that sort. When it says grotesque child birth. All you see is the mother (who is not human) tied down to a bed. That is all you see on the birth part. You see the father holding the baby and the babys face but nothiung else. There is some bad language but its not every second. There is violnce but what else do you expect from this sort of film. I think it is a good film.
Ehh. Not the best remake of all time, acting was ok, but the whole story just sucked. This is one of those movies that you only need to see once and never have to see again. I wouldn't recommend buying the DVD. Not worth it.
this movie was entertaining but kingd of stupid they presented it as a horror movie but do they really expect me to be scared over some ugly looking zombies
at the end its a action flick
The film is zombie related, so there is a lot of violence and gore. Sex scenes and nudity. Language. Smoking.
It's a good movie, but not kids under 13.
Dawn of the Dead is an extremely bloody/gory zombie horror film which shows the main character Ana, whom escapes with other survivors and find theirselves protection in a mall. Mostly all the characters die in very graphic and gruesome ways, like a woman gets shot to death by another, one woman gets chainsawed halfway down from her shoulder, and an infected woman gives birth to a zombified baby, which is then killed. There's alot of strong profanity in this film; the f-word is used frequently. There are some sexual situations between a couple.
