I've got to say, this is one of the most gruesome and disturbing movies I've seen. And I absolutely love it. You might wonder why a teen finds such enjoyment in movie gore and sadism, well trust me it has nothing to do with their intentions and we hate it when you turn off our R movie or accuse us of being disturbed beacuse of it. The truth is, its a movie. It's fake. It's fun. Escaping reality is what movies are all about. But anyway, yeah, this is one hell ride of a movie. Lots of gore, relentless language and a rape scene. But the movie is imensly entertaining and if your kid is mature enough, give him back his Rob Zombie DVD's.
This movie is disgusting. There's rape, merciless murder, and non stop language. There is nothing redeeming about this movie. Absolutely nothing. Don't watch it.
A movie that is beautifully framed and shot, as well as amazingly written and acted, this is a perfect horror film. I do not have a single complaint. We love and hate the three killers at the same time. The movie draws you in and never lets you go until the credits start rolling. It's entertainment at its best.
Well I just finished watching this movie and..........I loved it! Although this movie has messed up content it's great!!! I enjoyed trying 2 pick who's side I was on and the story was well thought out!!!
Sociopathic film encourages sadism, revenge and a society full of minds of twisted, sick people.
I admit I watched this with my parents when I was about 9 on DVD in the unrated edition.I will say, that's the biggest mistake of my life. You are a warped minded parent if you let any kid under 18 see this. There are over 200 f bombs in the unrated and lots of cut violence is uncut. This film was originally rated NC17 as a warning to parents, but the MPAA cut it for a R(the unrated version is the NC17 version) for extreme violence, sexual and language.Offensive on every level.I have seen every single Rob Zombie film that has been made up till now and I agree this is by far the most offensive, with House of 1000 Corpses which I saw when I was 8 lingering somewhere close behind.Picking up where 1000 Corpses left,Sheriff John Quincy Wydell and his team attacks the house of the Firefly killers.Quincy's brother is killed in the ensuing shoot out and he vows revenge. The result?A massive combination of Grindhouse style violence, language and sex.Its rated NC17 by the way.Why would you want to have less sense than Hollywood?
whene will hollywood just stop making these ultra-sadistic movies? i mean, 1 or 2 was ok, but 39!? hollywood officaly lost it's touch, every time I turn on the TV, thers atleast 3 horror movie ads every time, we heard you the first time! so stop bombarding people and TV with your sick sadistic movies!
thank you
Not a film for anyone under 15, I'm sorry I saw it.lol.
Ok. This film was DEFINETLY exceeding the R-rating. If I were a member of the MPAA, I would most definetly give this movie an NC-17; I don't know what they were thinking or if they were completely high! Anyways, Rob Zombie could've done better.(Excellent job with Halloween; I LOVED it.)
