Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooddd!
I loved this movie, it was very good and interesting. It was a little over the edge violent for PG-13, but not very. The worst part are the bodies. Yesh. It also had humor, and suspence, and is a must see!

Very Amazing.
I think that Disturbia was a great movie. It is basically like "Rear Window". My 15 year old daughter loved it and I didnt tell her to "close her eyes" on anything. I think this movie is fun and will get you on the edge of your seat. Its witty and amazing. I loved it. I recomend it more for teens and adults then children though.

NOT for easily influenced children, but a great watch
okay so it was a bit... predictable. The guy across the street was a serial killer, he finds out Kale is watching him, he tries to hunt Kale down. I knew that before I even saw the actual movie. This movie was great but still a bit... off genre. It was a drama, comedey, romance, thriller, and horror all at the same time. I must admit the humor was good but relation ships DO NOT move that quickly. It was a good movie despite some of the changes. It wasnt that bad on the sex sceens, it was hardly shown, and the fact that the children were watching porn was errected at the end by them getting in trouble. Now dont bring a child who is easily influenced, plus some say it was too scary for its rating but if you're 13 or older surely you know your standards for movies, also this one was pretty predictable so my neice (who's friend was seeing it for the second time with my neice who was seeing it the first time)knew when to close her eyes or "go to the restroom" because she isnt into "scary things" A lot of my neice's friends went at midnight and they werent scared to death during the sleepover they had. This movie was fairly harmless. Good content despite the genre changes.

This movie should have been rated 16+
This movie was only rated pg-13, but truthfully, I thought this movie should have been rated 16-17+. My aunt let her 6-7 yr. old watch this movie with her friend who might have been around 10 or 11. I do not recommend this movie for anyone under 15-16 years old. This movie was very freaky in the first part of the film, My cousin and her friend basically kept there heads under the blanket the whole movie. Has a lot of sextual scenes, that escpecially trigger the teenager mind. Has a lot of creepy/scary scenes. Has dead bodies, and if you get nightmares from watching these types of movies, I recommend you not watching, even for an adult this is a very creepy/scary movie. It was even scarier sense I watched this movie on a big projecter screen in my uncle & aunt's basement. If you get scared easily, you do not need to watch this film.

I thought it was amazing!
I loved this movie. Shia is really hot and the way that he was portrayed in this movie was actually very heroic. He did a very good job and the characters opposite him did a wonderful job playing off their roles. In addition, the scary parts were thrilling and the romance was cutesy enough and had no extreme sexual content so that it would be appropriate for children around the age of 14 and above.

Edge-of-your-seat kind of thing
My mother, 12-year-old sister, and I saw this movie a week ago, and talked about it all the way home. It was a little slow getting started, but once it did, it was gripping. Violence is pushing it for a PG-13. One of the early scenes is a horrific car crash. There's no sex scenes, but we do get a lot of one of the main characters in a bikini, her bra, or a revealing outfit, and a group of young boys watch porn. It's not shown for long, but they do show the women's breasts. Frequent use of "sh*t" is as bad as the language gets. I'd recommend it for 15+, but if your child is mature, I don't see a problem with it.

Not as good as Rear Window, but good
To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this film. My personal philosophy is that nothing good can come from anything that’s supposed to remotely resemble anything created by Alfred Hitchcock, especially a masterpiece like Rear Window, but on a hopeful whim, I decided to see Disturbia all the same.
I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised, at least for the first two-thirds. In the rising action, true to Hitchcock, the story was wrought with tension and yet there was little gore. Unfortunately does not continue throughout; as the movie progresses, it becomes riddled with disturbing images of bodies. However, I think it’s a forgivable offense in a teen thriller, and other aspects- including an impressive performance by Shia LaBeouf- help to make up for it.

There was some language kissing one sceen where little kids watch porn but it is far and u cant see anything bad and the mom comes in and turns it off. also there is a good amount of violence there isnt a thing in this that a 12 yr old hasnt seen .... good movie

This movie is very good but has some iffy parts. There is a audult video in one scene brest very out there but coverd with hands. violence is brutal but not something to get mad about.. has some humor that people can laugh at and jumping parts that may make you jump OVERALL a really good movie I suggest it to everyone over the age of 13
