I saw this movie when I was 16 and I couldn't sleep for weeks!

Words can't describe this film . . . nearly 35 years later, it's power to terrify remains. Parents beware . . . this is NOT for children . . . and I've said this before about other films I've reviewed. If any film in the last 40 years of the ratings system has demonstrated the need for an adults only classification for something other than porn, this is it. It's a powerful work . . . but not for kids.

Great movie but very scary for most kids under 16. I don't really know because I was 16 when I saw and I felt just like the main character, like I was possessed. So as one could see, I was scared to hell during this movie.

this movie will give u nightmaresssssssss. show it to ppl who can handle it. this movie can scar some ppl.

its not an evil movie but for noone it is the worlds scareist movie this will give you nightmares for years

i think this is a great movie, for my toddler. he watches it with breakfast, and he is laughing so hard he cries. especially when she turns her head all the way around! Bring your toddler to the movie and have no bad dreams!!! Guaranteed!!! he also says the demon girl is his new role-model. or at least i think he did. it was hard to tell with all the screaming. he loved it.

"This is an evil Movie. It was so scary that when my moms 35 year old uncle (35 at the time of the 1970's) got scared DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! youl regret it!" I just had to laugh at this. Isn't the point of a scary movie gee-I-dunno TO SCARE YOU!? If you don't want to be frightened, don't watch horror movies.
