Pretty good-- I saw this when I was twelve (3 years ago) and it was fine
A pretty good movie and the acting was solid. Some younger kids might be disturbed by the dark spirits that drag some ghost characters down through the ground. Other than that, there was some mild language and one slightly bloody scene (in the climax, but I don't want to give anything away).

Intense thematic movie, funny at times
Whoopi gives a HILARIOUS performance. That is definitely a main reason on why to watch this movie. Very intense, violent movie about seeking revenge, putting things back in to the right places, etc. Not such a positive message, but each scene leaves you wanting to know what happens next. You'll be sure to laugh and cry.
