Okay,so.
I am thirteen years old, and my step-dad and mom went and took me to see it, although I never even heard of it.
At first, I did not think I would like it, because it seemed like a history film (although it sorta is), and I normally don't like them.
I ended up loving it.
The main character was pretty interesting in a weird sort of way.
As was many of the others.
Now, as for taking a kid my age to see it, is up to you. It sort of just depends on their attitude, and how mature they are to see it.
I will say there were a couople parts in this film that I wish I had not seen, for just reasons.
But I loved it nonetheless.
The only really thing I did not like about it, is how long it was. It was just a little more than two and a half hours. But if you are really interested in the movie, then you will sit right through it.
and another thing, you really have to pay attention to it. If you don't you will be asking alot of questions and such like that.
