I liked this movie. But it was very disturbing. One of the mutants raped someone, and it was a very gory movie. So, i wouldn't let any kids under 13 watch it.

this movie was not scary at all it was not worth watching lots of violence in the end it didnt make any sense .

I think the rape scene is a little gruesome.... and other scenes were pretty... not good... but the message behind it was good. These people don't give up... even when times look tough...

This totally cranks up the intensity of the original.There was a rape scene in hills have eyes but that was worse on explicitness this is worse in terms of violence you see a lot of detail and screaming very disturbing scene and there's extreme amounts of bloody violence the mutants are killed in very gory,insanely bloody,awfully gruesome ways such as bashing against rocks and shooting.Many violent scenes and non stop language.As well,the movie begins with a shot of a woman giving birth to a mutant baby which may look kinda disturbing to certain viewers then a hulking mutant takes the baby and smashes her face in with a hammer.Pretty bloody.This is just the beginning.There is A LOT more.There's a scene when Sarge(one of the characters) gets accidentally shot by friendly fire and blood spurts.I have watched the theatrical version of this when I was 9 with my dad in the movies and I've also got the uncut version(Do not confuse with unrated) of the film which we bought from amazon.The uncut is way bloodier so that is off for 17 or probably not for kids,but this is probably okay for 16+.EXTREMELY MATURE VIEWERS ONLY!!
