i abosolutely loved this movie! i read the book the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and am startin on the second book in the series! i not only thought the book was wonderful but i thought that it was portrayed wonderfully on screen

Read the book first
When I saw the beginning, which was funny, I thought this movie was to be entirely funny. The movie did have a lot of boring dragging parts. The love seen been Arthur and Trillion is shaky, but if you like British comedy, this is a movie you should check out.

If you enjoy humor and fiction -- you just might enjoy this movie
If you like a story that is a stretch of the imagination . . . If you like non-"box" humor. Give this a look. Don't try and make it fit into reality, since it is a work of fiction . . . you just might enjoy the story.
It is goofy, strange, weird, sweet and fun.

This is the bestmovie that could ever be!!!! the jokes are funny and the actors do an amazing job-----the plot is stunning and the book could be better

disappointing
If you liked the book and/or television series, this movie will probably disappoint. Too much is left out and extra stuff inserted that didn't make much sense. My kids would either be totally confused by the plot or find it stupid.
