Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade is an enjoyable sequel. The movie is full of humor, at times there is a little too much of it but the humor is generally pretty charming. The action is good but with the exception of the thrilling tank chase scene it is not quite as good as the action in Raiders. While not a classic like the original Last Crusade is a fun and relatively kid friendly action movie.
I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!! i know again with my brother but he's 9 and saw it and now it's one of his favorites. it's good to build up your kids strength with movies by starting small like this one just watch out when walter dies it sneaks up on you
This one is WAY better than The Temple of Doom! It is fine until you get to the grail scene when the guy starts decomposing on screen! But other than that scene it's a great action film! Nothing worse than gun and fist fights with little blood! (except for when Indy's dad gets shot) Great flick Skip the second and go with this one! :D
This is PG-13 but I think it is okay for a mature 10 year old. Some parents may find the violence inappropriate. There are some frightining moments. Indy's dad is shot and seriously injured and almost dies.
The Last Crusade is one of my favorite movies, and the best Indiana Jones film. There is quite a bit of violence and some sexual references that will probably go over the heads of kids under 10.
Good for kids 10+
I really loved the action in this movie - it was entertaining without being gratuitous and mindless. This happened to be one of the few movies that could hold most of my attention at four/five/six.
I have to say that this was my second favorite Indiana Jones movie. One was my favorite. This one was funnier, though, but I liked the action in one better. Still a little swearing in this movie, violence includes shooting, a beheading (in which you see the head roll across the ground), a pool of blood on a man's hand, as well as seeing a bullet wound. It is insinuated that Indy's dad slept with a woman (who was probably thirty years younger), and Indy was her next victim (no sex even implied, nothing happened but kissing). I highly recommend this movie.
This movie is excellent. In my opinion The Lost Ark is better but this is still a great film. There violence is mild although someone does get shot however its not too graphic. Id say this movie is good for ages 8 up. in the ending where the guy drinks from the cup scared me at that age but in this day and age kids watch more n more violence so it could be nothing to some. it depends on how well you take voilence. :/
Maybe my favourite of the Indiana Jones movies. Sean Connery and Harrison Ford are wonderful together. Some scenes can be terrifying for children, such as when one of the characters drinks from the wrong cup. A great movie, but better suited for older teenagers and adults.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is the third installment in the Indiana Jones series, and is, so far, the most kid-friendly of the three. Some action violence, but not much and not graphic. The only scary scene is near the end where a man turns into a skeleton, but the effects aren't that good ans the scene won't frighten anyone under 10.
Fun Family film!
