Better than Second Movie
Though still a far cry from the first movie, Jurassic Park III is way better than the tedious second movie. It was more fun, more exciting, but still was only average. The characters were somewhat stupid and the movie sometimes stretched believability. As for the violence, it is sometimes a bit graphic and scary for young kids but older kids will handle it fine. Good for kids: A mature 9+

Fun Sequel! Woth watching, though still not as good as the first.
Amazingly, JURASSIC PARK III didn't do as well in the box-office as its previous installment, THE LOST WORLD, which is a far inferior sequel. I agree with CommonSense 100% on this: It's not art, but it's good scary fun! JURASSIC III highlights my two favorite characters from the first: Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Niell) and Dr. Ellie Satler (Laura Dern in a small but pivtotal role). Alan is tricked into landing on Site B, where LOST WORLD took place, and he and others must face the raptors while looking for a missing boy. Almost all of the settings in this movie are dark or shrouded with mist. The story is the same way. It's very dark and tense and only lightens up for a few moments. It's darker in tone than the first two, though not as graphic as the second one. Violence is still constant. Language is mild, and there's no sex. Alan forgives the people who tricked him and protects everyone from danger. This one is the good sequel. I've heard that they're coming out with a fourth one, so make 1, 3, and 4 your trilogy. This one doesn't mention 2 at all, so don't be afraid to skip over it and go straight to 3. Highly reccommended.

Jurassic Park /// is not a good movie but its not a bad movie
With two parents split up the wife then dates a dude named Ben (how I know his name but not her's) takes their son "dino flying" (your see what it is in the movie) but, are then flown to "Site B" (if you seen the seacond movie your know what I mean). The parents then get a team of other dudes and Dr. Alan Grant (they had to kidnap him) to find their son and hug and kiss and family stuff. Their still useing CGI (thank goodness) and even bought a new dino into the jurassic park dino family, the Spinosaurus!!!!!!!!! It is just that the people in the movie are a weird at times. Like Billy going nice guy to mad rude guy. But who cares and that is not why I gave this movie four stars. The parents risk their lifes for their son is a good message to kids and (I guess) teens. Even if I gave it four stars I still think it is a great movie for the Jurassic Park saga.
