oh my goodness for a kids movie i wasnt expecting much but now i am proud to declare this as one of my favorite movies my little bro's new all time fav and a great movie thats worth checking out!

This movie is okay for children over 7. Children under 7 should watch this with an adult as there are some scary portains. Babies and Toddlers should avoid this movie at all costs.

Pretty funny movie, its not amazingly good, but its average.

Have to tell ya, this monster movie was one of the funniest I've seen that actually has some backbone to it. Kinda like Godzilla, Ultraman, and other Japanese monster movies, but more light-hearted. My brothers would probably throttle me if they knew I was comparing this to Godzilla and etc., but oh well :) I laughed so hard first time I saw the trailer, too, and the movie didn't disappoint. Just a few things, for parents and those who may be concerned: some references to female body parts, some flirting between the blue blob B.O.B and a jello mold; mild language (stupid, OMG, sweet Lord, boobies, etc.), and some not-too-violent scenes where the military and the monsters are fighting the aliens (thus the title, isn't that interesting). Hey, you can't have a monster movie without violence, can you? It's impossible! Movie moves along at a fast pace, but is definitely a good one for laughs! ~Ugli Chic

I'm not here to give a review because if it shows up on my page its a 5 star movie and so therefore you know what i think about it.

At times this movie is too sci-fyish and hard to take in. But the monsters are lovable and laughs are spread all over. One monster says "boobies" which is kind of surprising because this is a movie made for kids. Theres one joke that parents will certainly role the'yre eyes at where a guy has to pull his pants down and get his butt scaned (nothing is shown), and in the same scene the president of the United States says that they should currently be in code brown because he needs to change his pants.

The story was as weak as could be but good for kids who like this kind of stuff

Violence:a the main charactar gets hit by a meotorite and grows huge and gets captured,lots of slapstick humor involving guns and hitting aliens,a giant robot destroys alot of buildings and property and the monsters fight it on the golden sate bridge,the main charactar almost crushes derek by accident,one of the monsters is badly injured by the aliens but ends up alright in the end,the main alien ship explodes. Language:i guy says holy cheez its,one charactar says boobies,one chractar says OMG bot only the letters Sexy Stuff:theres a dated couple in a parking lot and the girl is kinda aggressive to her date. Consummerism:the monsters them selves are based on 1950 monster movies,some songs like aqua roses are red,axel f,the exiters tell him etc. Drugs Smoking and Tabacco:not an issue
