The movie has no point at all. It's not worth watching it's stupid and not appropriate for children under 12. If your children are begging you to see it tell them the truth: you don't want to see it. It's just not worth it.
this is a great christmas movie for the whole family. some kids wont get all the jokes, and there is nothing bad in it. the slapstick humor is funny. this is for middle schoolers and up. mabey a fifth grader if he acts mature. overall i give this movie for a great christmas movie a 10/10
The funniest National Lampoon movie of them all!!! You've got to see this at Christmas.
If you've got kids, wait until it airs on television- that way it will filter some of the language and sexual content.
Honestly, we love this movie. Clark is at his bumbling best. The extended family is goofy and unfortunate mishaps abound! Some parents might be concerned about the cat being fried, the father swearing in frustration, and his wealthy boss being kidnapped and handed over as a gift. The wife's hand caught on the father's crotch and an interrupted romantic interlude might rattle a few parents. Everything works out and is merry in the end, of course.
This is an all time favorite holiday movie. Although it is very enjoyable and hilarious. It's not all that great for younger kids. I would give it a 12+ But please make sure your child is mature, or it could get a little awkward... HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
This movie had sexual dialogue and scenes and pictures, and plenty of language. Many sexual and crude comments, and I can't see how anyone could say an eleven year old could watch it. DO NOT WATCH!
Yuck! There is some slapstick humor, but really the language and the sexual overtones are inappropriate. Lying, and adultery are not funny in any circumstance
