Plot –
The plot for Pitch Perfect is quite an unusual one. The Bellas, an all girl acapella group, have many issues. Despite their issues, they continue to compete in there competitions. On the way to the semi-finals, Fat Amy stops to get gas, and suddenly gets hit by a burrito the Bumper, leader of the Treblemakers, throws at her. During the semi-finals, Beca notices how bored the audience looks with Audrey`s traditional song so she sings Titanium to spice it up. Afterwards, Audrey is furious and Beca quits the Bellas. Later, the Bellas, including Beca, perform at the finals to Beca`s super cool mash-up and win. ,

What I liked / What I Did not like –
I did not like many things about this movie:
- I did not like how when Chloe got rid of her nodes, her ‘low’ voice seemed very unreal. It was obvious that her ‘low’ voice was not real.
- I also did not like how when Audrey throws up, it looks unreal. You can obviously tell that it`s not real and that really bothered me.
I also liked many things about this movie:
- I loved the performances that the characters did. Not only the ones on stage but the riff-off and the ones on campus.
- I liked Beca`s mash-ups. They were really cool to listen too.
Critique –
I think that they really should try to make some of the things in the movie seem like it`s natural (throw up, and the low voice)
Is it part of a series? –
Pitch Perfect is a series. Filmmakers are talking about a ‘Pitch Perfect 2”. They say it`s so perfect it has “perfect” in the title. The sequel to Pitch Perfect will come out next year.
