i dont mind violence, but there was LOTS of swearing. there was a flash of breasts and a bottom

Great Action Movie
This is a great movie. The enemies are always shown smoking. Some sexual content, LOTS of bloody graphic violence. Some language. Great MOVIE!!!

Pushes violence to a whole new level
I did enjoy this movie, but wow this is deffintly one of the most violent movies i've ever seen and not only is the violence graphic, at times it's disturbing espically the scenes where childern are killed. They're are also some rape scenes that may be upsetting for some. View with caution

Probably the most violent/bloody action film of all time, if you hate violence, do not watch this. There is also swearing and sexual content. It's a fairly good action/rambo film though.

the movie by rambo was one best one. follow up was not any good. with rambo 6 was it the best to come out.

Love it! It has a good message... Do the right thing at any cost, If that is not a good message? I'm willing to be wrong! But parents, of course should point out that Rambo had a very dangerous problem and only seen one way out! Killing over girl who broke up with you for another man is not reasonable! - "All is fare in Love & War"

Most violent movie I have ever seen
WOW this was violent. It was unlike anything I have ever seen. I have no idea how it got only a 16 from this website. Throats are ripped out, heads explode, organs are sliced out, small children are shot and cut into pieces in graphic detail on screen. If this is not the most violent movie you've ever seen... thats scary

Rambo at his most violent
I love the entire "Rambo" series, and this is probably one of my favorites. The only issue is the graphic and disturbing non-stop violence.

another great rambo!
i love this installment of rambo because it was very intense but tooviolent for kids.there are a few scenes of brutal and lifelike violence and it was realistic too!so if your 18 go see this now!!!!

not one dull moment
no love scenes or long boring sentimenatal conversations. just a great movie with a great story line, and non stop, hard-core fighting.
wouldn't change a thing. movie is a good reality check for us living in the united states. can't wait for it to come out on dvd!

bloody brutal thriller to intense for kids
rambo, i was exicted to see this movie, i was. from the opening scene though there was relentless violence. massacres, dismemberments, and some rape scenes. the violence is graphic and so intense. you see peoples bodies explode. the profanity is said mainly by the mercinaries. about 40 all together and one use of cu*t.
