I let my daughter watch it,me and my wife had to drag her off the couch. The only reason i watched it was i wanted to see the murders, this one rocked.oh,BlueRocks, wtf are you doing watching saw!
Stupid film which, like all of the other "Saw" films, lacks supense, horror and plot, but this time, the lack of those things is SO obvious that even the biggest fans of the franchise will grind thier teeth and hope this film is shorter than the rest. There is no excuse for the writers of these films to keep thier jobs. How dare they bombard us with this ****ed up, stupid, brainless (figuratively) nonsense and expect us to see it through to the end. If you liked this film, then all I can say is...what the f***? This film is just an excuse to steal the money from you. That's what makes these films even more atrocious, as if they weren't already shockingly bad enough already. It really is laughable to see how badly written, directed and acted these films are. To sum up, the "Saw" series can just get ****ed.
All 5 of these movies are too violent for any kids to watch because there are some really awesome deaths throughout but, if you have been following this series and you just can't get enough of it, then this is another nice adittion to the list.
I had heard about these movies and i found it on T.V. one night and decided to watch it to see what it was all about. I switched the channel after a minute! There was blood and gore everywhere and people we getting chopped up graphicaly! SHOULD BE RATED NC-17 and NO ONE SHOULD EVER WATCH IT!!!
I watched this at the party with a couple of kids and I hid behind the pillow during the gory parts, when people were dismembered (including the part when the razors beheaded - graphically - the unlucky one of the quartet, who were trying to find keys to unlock their collars in the time allotted by Jigsaw). This is definitely not for kids - it's guaranteed as a nightmare source!
Total garbage... now to be fair, I didn't see Saw III or Saw IV, so maybe if I had, I would have been a little more interested in the plot. Most of the movie was flashbacks to the other movies; it was like they didn't want to make the extra effort to shoot new scenes, so they just showed the old ones. As far as the five new people in the "traps", it didn't seem like there was much of a point in them being there, as they didn't relate to the continuing plot line at all, and they weren't even in most of the movie. They seemed to be just an afterthought so they could figure out a way to add more gruesome violence to the film.
Commonsense focuses on gore when it should also look at the story. This is a series so all the movies should really be looked at as a pack and then separately.
I love the saw films and they are great.
