i really don't know... if it's good for tweens
i can't really seem to fins any thing good or bad about this movie but i know i love it, really it all depends on the person. no i wouldn't let my kids whatch this lit they are about 12 but i find it to be grate. i'dd have to go with the other guy SuperParent it'd a cool comic book movie

What is wrong with the parents and educators? this movie was NOT okay for children who are 10 years old there is nothing in here that isn't R rated, don't let your younger kids watch this, wait until you know they can handle it.

Great for the fans of the comic. Obviosly overated but done well. Black and white suited the stories, and the narration was entertaining.

Do NOT let kids watch this dark and explicit film
This movie is deeply disturbing, and NO children/tweens should ever watch this, and all older teens who are contemplating watching should reconsider. I honestly do not understand how this movie achieved such great reviews because it is filled with extremely gruesome and gory violence, explicit language, drug/alchohol use, disturbing characters and images, and LOTS of sex/half dressed or nude prostitutes. I watched this movie at sixteen, and was extremely disturbed and appauled by the cult following it achieved. Overall: EXTREMELY explicit in every way possible, while also managing to provide absolutely no positive themes or messages. I walked away from this depressed and deeply disturbed at sixteen, so this movie is NOT for kids at all! This dark, erotic movie should be avoided at all costs in my opinion.

Excellent movie
This is one of my favorite movies of all time the graphics are amazing all the stories are great and the special affects are very stylish and the movie can be funny at times too and the performances are very impressive I love it!

Ok,just hear me out for once,yeah?This really isn't as bad as Csm claims it to be because the strong violence is mostly cut away and is not as unflinching or brutal as other movie.the atmosphere is cheesy and graphic novel like.its your parents choice,if they think it's bad why do they show it to you than?i know lots of parents who claim to be super protective of their child .if so,why do you end up being taken in by their whining and begging you to show it to the,?you know it's gonna be bad,you let them watch and complain?thats pretty dumb,if you ask me.if you know it's bad,keep it away and shut your dumb a** this is just not for kids in anyway if you think they can handle it,don't complain when they start getting violent personally I saw this on DVD and it really wasnt very bad if you want to let them watch,then look it up first,watch it just to make sure??

its a good movie
Ive read the comics and i think that the movie was made very well...the way they filmed it was great in that black and white with a hint of color.
cool movie i say... not for younger kids.

sooooo cooooool!
sin city was 4 storys that eventually connect in some way. i loved it. people who enjoy this will also enjoy the 7 part graphic novel series.

depends if it can be handeled
do not let your kid watch this if he/she is under 11 i saw this wen i was 10 but if your kid is 11+ and they can realize that it is fake then this is a great movie
