Okay, I watched this with my 4 year old sister and my little cousin who is 7 both girls. It's fine. It shows what girls have or gonna get. and swearing thats part of growing up. LET IT GO!

This should be rated R for ages 18 and older, but I commened that its for 16 years and older.
This movie is fine, except that it shows a naked girl in a shower in a beginning (breasts are really shown). It should be rated R (restricted). Its a crude, silly movie to see but not for kids. And there are no violence, but slapstick of course.

funny movie...crude humour!
funny movie but crude humour, sex talk, akward scenes..but really funny!!! the only concern would be if you had boys watching, cause its totally fine for girls, the only nude scene is where a girls in the locker room taking a shower with her breasts shown, and the girls are talking about how big they are. other then that there's really nothing to horrible.

A very racy movie, but hilarious. Not for kids
I like this movie, but it's racy. I has nudity, sexual themes, and bad language. Long Duk Dong is hilarious. It should be rated R. I highly reccomeded it

Great movie for Middle School Kids
Honestly, this is a great movie. It doesn't have anything kids 12+ haven't heard about before. I just watched it with my 11 year old sister and she loved it.

Hilarious movie-with A LOT of talk about sex
A really funny movie teens will enjoy. It does have a lot of language, and there are plenty of sexual innuendos even though nobody is shown doing anything. There is a scene with a girl topless in the shower, so be sure to watch this with your teen. It doesn't have much of a point, except to show how kids were in the 80s. A lot of crude humor, and a date rape is implied as well (an intoxicated girl and a boy 2 years younger than her discuss their activities the night before). Be sure to watch this with your teen.

i first thought it would be great. then afterwards I wished the Geek had been more of a character and that Sam had appreciated him more. I thought jake and caroline were just plain bad characters. It starts off just fine, but quickly heads downhill.

Whoa, whoa, WHOA.
When I was in Greece, I turned on the movie channel and saw that this movie was on. I wanted to watch it, so I called my little brother into the room with me. Within five minutes the f-bomb was already dropped, and within 20 a naked girl's chest was shown. I turned it off immediately.

Hilarious drunken high school comedy too mature for preteens
Sixteen Candles is an excellent film, a cult classic, about a girl who's just trying to get the guy. This movie is hilarious.So many laugh out loud moments. But take caution of the sexual content and drinking. There is some language in there too. This movie will take on a joyride of laughs, and heartfelt moments. Show this to your kids if you believe they will get the jokes of mature humor. My MPAA rating, R: Strong sexual content, nudity, language, and teen drinking/partying.

perfect for teens, not for kids AT ALL!
This is basically a classic coming-of-age story, but really hillarious. There is some nidity, and swearing, so I would probably suggest 13+. Long Duck Dong is HILLARIOUS!

Love this movie, it's great! You do see a teenage girls naked chest, and they do say f--k sometimes, but anyone over the age of 13 should be fine to watch this movie. It is a must watch!
