I really loved this movie but I think it should be rated PG-13 for the nudity and sexual referances that mostly come from Allan's brother, Freddy. There are more than just two scenes of nudity, the part when Madison was swimming underwater as a mermaid before she met Allan, if you look hard enough you can see her breasts which a quarter of the time her hair isn't covering. Anyway I enjoyed this movie and there are a few postitive messages. I think the underwater scenes are amazing! Also Madison's tail looked so life-like the special efects are visionaly stunning! Great movie for teens all the way!
