Wonderful!!!
A great movie! There is lots of fighting. Anakin gets burned severely, showing graphic injury. Sidious gets scarred by lightning. One guy gets an arm cut off, but with no blood. Another man has his hands and head cut off, but still with no blood and it's barely seen. General Greivous may be scary to children, as he's basically a robot with (showing) alien organs. Many are stabbed and shot, including children. A must see for Star Wars fans!

11 year olds and up only, violent and one horrible scene
I thought this movie was good but there is an awful lot of violence and one horrible scene at the end where Anakin slips down a slope towards some lava and he catches fire, he slowly burns until you can just see a horribly charred corpse. Parents may not want their children to see that scene. Anakin is a bad role model and give negative messages but Obi-Wan is a good role model and gives positive messages. With all the violence I don't think it's worth letting a 10 year old and under watch this movie.

Good but very iffy.
Excellent, but easily a 5 on violence. First off, alot of it is air, land, and lightsaber battles. Second, some droids get killed graphicly, by getting a leg unscrewed so oil comes out, then having the oil catch on fire, or being decapitatied and having limbs cut off. Also, at the end, alien like creatures are hacked up and thier dead bodies are seen on the ground, and even humans are killed violently, one gets his head cut off and it rolls across the floor, one gets his hand cut off, electrocuted, and falls out of a building, and one cyborg gets shot in the heart, and children are killed, and anakin gets one hand cut off, both legs cut off, then catches on fire. Also the langauge. in one seen obi wan says What the- and is cut off, but we all know what he is going to say, obi wan calls genral grevious "uncivilized" and "stupid" is says once, along with mild insults-"short", "young" but are very mild, but directed insultingly.

BEST STAR WARS BUT SADDEST
This movie is my favorite star wars, but makes me cry everytime. Probaley not good for the young ones. In this flim many major charcters die/ turn to the dark side. SPOILER ALERT!!! Padme dies in childbirth and it is very sad when anakin turns to the dark side, because he was so cute in number 1. But the movie ends in hope and I suggest to show your kids the orignals after they watch it or else they might have nightmares. It is very sad though.

The most violent and special effects filled Star Wars installment
Extremely violent Star Wars prequel features iffy moments. The once good Anakin becomes a jealous and evil villain, thus becoming Darth Vader. Many jedis are brutally slaughtered, even the children. Padme becomes pregnant and Anakin severley injures her.

Violent but good sequel to other more tame star wars movies
This movie is really violent. Consider. Carefully before letting your younger kid see this.

The Best of the Star Wars Movies!
The Last of the Star Wars Movies is in my opinion, the Best! lots of action and a scene that might be disturbing for sensitive kids.

The best Star Wars i've ever seen!!!
This is the best star wars but is the darkest and most disturbing of them all. Lots of charecters die, children Jedi, and in one particularly scary scene, a main charecter is burned in lava and lights on fire.

Terrific, but very, very graphic
I heard that this was the only Star Wars film to be rated PG-13, and indeed is definitely the most graphic and intense of them. I first watched this when I was 11, and I had to cover my eyes at the part where Anakin (or should I say Vader) gets burned by lava. Also, his look of anger after he changes to the dark side is VERY scary, and indeed this may cause young kids to want to cover their eyes as well. It is also emtionally intense, and Anakin's turning to the dark side almost made me cry. While I wouldn't say that it is as good as Attack of the Clones, it is still very good, and once again a triumph over The Phantom Menace. But, like the second film, Hayden Christensen's somewhat lame acting won him a Razzie award for Worst Actor. Also, Natalie Portman's acting wasn't so good, and I think her dumbest line in this movie was "Hold me, Ani. Hold me, like you did by the lake on Naboo... where there was nothing but our love..." But another pleasing quality of this film is that Jar Jar Binks only appears very briefly at the end and does not have a speaking part, so that will please his many haters. The lightsaber duel is the most intense of all the duels in the saga, and it's music ("Battle of the Heroes" by John Williams) is very epic, but also has a touch of tragedy to it. Parents beware: This will scare the younger fans of the Star Wars saga, so take major heed.

a little scary but still good.
This is the star wars movie that pieces the whole movie together. It's also the scariest movie out of them all. It's verygood but even I got a little creeped out the first time I watched it...

A little violent and disturbing, but that's okay.
It's okay if you're a huge Star Wars fan. There IS some kissing between Anakin and Padme. And the part where Anakin burns up might be a little disturbing. I watched it for the first time on my 7th birthday. I was fine with it but I've already seen the other Star Wars movies. It's a little dark, but your kid can probably handle it at this age if he loves Star Wars. Though, you might want to tell him/her what's going to happen and where the questionable parts are. Good movie.

Hi!
This Is amazingly more dark, But The darker the more brilliant. A rule that almost always applies. Amazing effects, But greviouses scene can be scary, and so can Anakins.Minimal language. A bit of drinking. But remember. Pregnancy. Not supposed too. Lies. This gets to a darker idea and everything. But still. I wasnt gonna quit, because i couldnt watch it! So i waited till i could. Dont so suddenly bad them from episode 3! Let them watch. But warn them, and show a preview.

Kind of scary for small viewers
An amazing conclusion. Answered all of my questions. Note that this is the darkest star wars movie, and it was the first to receive a PG-13 rating
