Funny but the strongest Pg-13movie I have ever seen
Sensuality/humor: Lewd and some Graphic Talladega Nights i filled with gay and lesbian jokes it has Ricky Bobby signing a half a girls breast, He supsedly hs sex i fron tof people in a bar and at home on the table but the scene cuts off. His friend Cal I beleive that's his name syas he was on a magazine whee he spred his butt cheeks but thats all we here about we think he was talking about an anal porno magazine and some other references are added. Vioelnce breif and comic not an issue but ricky bobby tries showing pride that he has a broken lg and sticks a knif threw his knee. Language and f word his beped out a hand gesture and some other trms like s*** o god***.All I ca nsay is a comedy for adults.

better than expected
could have been junk but wasn't. had moments of good humor, one liners worth remembering. Some well done satire that hit the mark on NASCAR, commercialism, predjudice. Basic morality themes, bad guys loose, loyalty is rewarded, materialism is not long lasting.

Warning: all thinking individuals should avoid this movie
This movie's overarching theme is a spoof on Nascar and its fans as well as having a secondary story line that makes fun of Christians. The children in the movie have extremely foul mouths, speaking profanity to their grandfather and other adults. There are many overt and couched references to sex. In the end, Ricky Bobby (portrayed by Will Farrell in whom I am sorely disappointed) is supposed to have really learned about life. The writers try to redeem the whole mess when Ricky apologizes to his best friend for never letting him win and then Ricky apologizes to his gay opponent by kissing him. This was a pitiful attempt to show that Ricky had learned to keep fighting and believing in himself. What a sad, sad little movie. Seriously, it has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen!

This is one of my favorites!
This movie kicks a--. There is a lot of crude humor, gay and lesbian jokes, some sex, jokes on Jesus, some race jokes (reffers to the French as gay), but all of the movie is hilarious. If you were to watch it, watch it unrated. There is also a commercial for tampons in the movie, which may raise some questions...

Awesome Movie
This movie is awesome. NASCAR and racing in general is cool. I love the race with Jamie McMurray (The guy who gets the finger from Ricky Bobby). It shows the classic drive-in-reverse-and-still-win-for-some-reason thing. I don't like the French guy though. How can someone enter NASCAR mid-season and become wildly popular all of a sudden? And how does he get the points lead so fast? Oh well, just enjoy the kick butt racing action.

Parents don't be fooled. Talladega Nights has a lot of raunchy humor
Well first the sexual content is a big issue. The only reason why people say the film doesn't have sexual content as a big issue is because younger children didn't get it. There is jokes about gays, having sex, sleeping together, and more raunchy material for a PG-13. The profanity in here is a big problem. Almost every second there is a kid or adult swearing. Now the biggest issue is the social behavior. Kids talking to grandpa's tell them to shut up, be quiet, that he's an idiot. It's not good.

This movie's a classic. Totally poking fun at the NASCAR community/rednecks, but all in good fun. There are some "swear words" but nothing you wouldn't hear at the friendly neighborhood Wal-Mart. Some sexual content may concern some mothers, may excite some sons. ;) Excellent movie all in all

Yeah... it did actually deserve 4 stars. But still very raunchy.
Parents: This is one of those very funny, pretty good, (I give it BARELY 4 stars, a 3.5 really) but VERY hard PG-13 movies. It was genuine, well acted and casted, and very funny, but not consistent in its humor. I was bored for a couple stretches. It's worth renting. But like I said, a STRONG PG-13. I notice CSM forgot to include Ricky Bobby's stupid and unfaithful but sexy wife flashing him at least twice, including one other flash given by another girl. Of course, none of these flashes are seen, even in the Unrated version. But it's still suggestive and it is a running joke how the stupid men in this movie can't resist these girls when they do that. Much sexual innudendo and some heavy kissing also. Violence: not a big issue. Car crashes. The main thing is Ricky stabbing his leg with a knife, but it is non-bloody. Language: Sh*t is CONSTANT. REALLT CONSTANT. Pushes the envelope. And of cours many of words, including 3 uses of f*ck. This may be only in the unrated version, but two of those f-bombs WEREN'T bleeped out. LOTS of commercialism. But it's funny. I'd say fine for 14 and up, but remember the messages this movie sends. It is heavy on stereotypes and a running joke is how dumb almost ALL of the characters in this movie are. Some demeaning messages about winners and losers as well. It's funny, but don't forget what your kid is watching.

40 Year old vergin meets days of thunder, Genius!
One of the best films I have ever ever seen in my life. The sheer humor was enough to send it into my good books, but the NASCAR part of the film made it, well, Heavenly. The cast was perfect, from Ricky Bobby himself(played by Will Ferrel) to Walker ans Texas Ranger it was all good, great acting all together. The whole racing world scene was the perfect world to set up a comedy film to me, and thank the lord someone had the guts to make one! Altogether, great film, buy the DVD and watch t until you memorize the entire film off by heart!

This is not one of those movies that only has one or two funny parts, it is funny the whole way through. Probably one of the best comedys that i have seen. It has a lot of jokes that a really young kid might not get but if you get the movie you will laugh a ton. i guarentee it

I loved it
I loved this movie. It wasnt appropriate for my age but I still loved it. I highly reccomend that kids over 10 see this because anyone under 10 wouldn't understand it and might get the wrong idea.

Homosexuality is made a lot of fun of in this movie which i thought was just disgustingly horrible. Its a very wrong thing to do. Some parts were funny but it was just average otherwise.

A total mess starring Will Ferrell
This movie is one of those things where you enjoy it in the theater but after you leave, you think, "Why did I just pay to see that?" I'll admit-parts of it are funny, but the rest is just dumb. And at the end, two guys just randomly kiss. That was odd. It's too raunchy for little kids. See something where Will Ferrell is funnier, like "Zoolander," or see Sasha Baron Cohen play "Borat" instead of a gay, french racecar driver in here.
