Beautiful, heartwarming movie
This is one of my all time favorite movies. The plot is heartwarming and I always shed a tear during the final scene. The designs of the dead characters may frighten young children, but there's nothing too frightening. There's one jump scene that almost always gets me, but it's not too intense.

Good movie. Recamanded
This was actually one of my first movies! I liked it a lot, but it's not AWESOME. Most of the times there are skeletons or weird things, but a six year old could Probobly handle it

Stunning movie. It might be a bit scary for some children, so know your child.
This movie is amazing! I saw it when I was a young child, and it was very funny. Of course I've always loved this sort of thing, but one of my other sisters(who was 5 at the time) thought it was enchanting as well. I only put a pause because some parts may be a bit scary(not in the movie, but the lighting and scenery, the whole colour scheme you know, added with a little fright in the movie caused a jump). This movie is obviously not set in the real world, so I really do not think your children would be confused about any messages in this one(to tell the truth, children never think about any messages in movies or television anyway. They just think about how funny or entertaining it was).

"The Corpse Bride" is One of Burton's Best
"The Corpse Bride" is a whimsical and wonderful movie. It has a good message and strong characters. Although it might seem scary at times, it isn't too bad. It's a great Halloween (or any other time of the year) movie.

SCREEEEEEEEEAM!
I LOVE THIS MOVIE! My favorite part is when the dead come to the Earth and the priest is yelling at the "demons of Hell" to go back, and this zombie really serenly, "Keep it down, we're in a church," and they all walk past, with the priest gaping. HILARIO!!!!! WATCH IT EVERY MONTH

Corpse Bride has the smallest bit of creepy stuff
It's good enough for all your young kids who can handle it (by "it" i mean the small creepy parts).

Creeptacular! Be careful on this one!
Okay so I am 15 years old, but I saw this when I was 9 years old, and though it never gave me nightmares or anything (And keep in mind i was a pretty tough kid) it did scare me Examples: (possible spoilers!) There is a song called remains of the day about a girl named Emily (The corpse bride) who wanted to marry a man who her father did not approve of, so decided to elope. Emily waited for the man under a tree at dark and then the cartoon shows a shadow of him "getting rid" of her. This song is indeed one of the creepier moments. Don't believe me? Watch for yourself on youtube. So basically I think 13 is a good age for this movie, also know what your child can handle.

a good movie that has it's ups and downs.
The movie is good and has it's scary and intense moments. There is no over the top gore just some talking skeletons, mildly scary looking dead bodies, and some scenes of peril. This movie is good but could be to scary for younger kids.

Excellent Film
This is a great film and I don't think there is anything inappropriate in it. Although, it may be scary for very young children.

This was a spectacular movie. although I watched it when I was very young, I never thought that I would be saying this, but after watching t a few nights ago, there are some parts that a child wouldn't quite understand.

little kids will get scared.
i liked this movie a lot.It contains scary parts that kids 5 and under should not watch.Theres also a scene where a skeleton briefly smokes and you see other skeletons with beer bottles and they do a very scary dance.(it is clearly a bar.)mild suggestive humor is the only other problem.

One of the Spookiest Animated Movies I have ever seen!
The movie is cute, but spooky. Wouldn't reccommend for any younger than 9, unless your child (and/or brother or sister) is VERY mature for his/her age. It's spooky, but cool. I was a very mature seven and I loved this movie, as well as my friends of the same age. My sister, however, who is aging normally, was seven last year and this movie scared her to death. The reason I put "Too Violent" was because it is spooky. I reccommend this to all audiences of 9 and up and make sure this is on your Halloween Playlist!

Good movie!
It was a very well done movie, much funnier than I was expecting. I don't recommend it for any child who's scared of skeletons or zombie-like creatures, no matter how funny they are.
