Sitting down with some popcorn and playing Valentine,I would expect a bag of thrills and chills just to satisfy my horror loving self.You can imagine the disappointment that followed.A horror film is meant to shock or frighten viewers.It didn't even get me flinching no matter how many deaths neither the woman who gets axed or the guy who gets electrocuted.The plot is about a bullied boy who out of extreme anger one day,decides that the bullies have gone too far and gets revenge.The students start receiving sinister valentine cards and they start panicking wondering who is behind it all. Then they start getting killed off gruesomely one. By one.There is blood,but not over the top.language,moderate and sex,pretty heavy.The torture scene may be intense for some and the girl later gets killed in her tub(drilled and electrocuted) .Intense but poor effects make a low budget movie.
